I am renting out a family home in Perche with a pool, completely renovated last year. The house is located on the edge of the forest on a plot of 3 ha, in a small village of about twenty inhabitants. Located 10 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche and 30 minutes from Bellême. 15 min from Aigle train station, direct train 1 hr 15 min from Montparnasse train station. Our house is ideally placed for many walks in the forest (without taking the car).

All 15 min from Mortagne au Perche and 2 hours from Paris via the N12.
