Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Brzeće

Идеальный дом для большой компании, хорошая звукоизоляция, две ванных комнаты. Дом просторный и комфортный. Очень красивый вид из окна и с балкона на горы. Хорошая аудио-система и смарт-тв. Все необходимое было в доме. Отлично оборудованная кухня, полноценный духовой шкаф, плита, большая морозильная камера. Много посуды и столовых приборов. Хозяева отвечали на все вопросы и были доброжелательны, мы остались очень довольны

Our family (four adults, two children and a baby) stayed in the apartment for Christmas for ten days in 2024. It was our first trip to Serbia and Kopaonik. Right from the beginning, Mirjana was extremely helpful and sent a lot of tips and information about the property and the area. The apartment had a great location and was clean, tidy, cosy with festive decorations! Everything was a walking distance away, restaurants, shops, the ski shops and lifts! Although the building has a lift, the fact that the apartment is on the 1st floor (with a veranda!) was super convenient as we were travelling with small children. Our 5-month-old baby got a little sick, and Mirjana was swift to suggest the nearest paediatrician. Overall, our family had a wonderful time in Kopaonik and made incredible memories in Mirjana’s apartment!

If you’re looking for peacefull and cozy place, enogh far from rush and noise, but still very close to centre of Kopaonik, this is a place for you. It takes only 7-8 minutes by car to main garage. Kristina is very pleasant host and always there to respond for your questions. Check-in and check out are super easy. The apatment is spacius and everything was clean. My recommendation! :)

It is a private apartment in the big hotel what surprised us but everything, apart of the knowladge of English of the hotel receptionists, was great, nice spacious apartment, clean with nice bathroom.

A small, cozy gem! The space is beautifully decorated and exceptionally well-organized. Though compact, it is incredibly efficient, with everything an apartment should have. The thoughtful design and attention to detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a charming and functional place to stay!

Mia ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Kommunikation, sie war stets erreichbar und es war eine sehr angenehme Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, und die Lage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr nah an der Gondel Skilift, mit dem wir sehr schnell auf den Pisten waren, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig und naturnah. Jede Zeit wieder 😊

What I want to highlight: • Openness and willingness to help, you answered all my questions and made the trip very comfortable for me. • The transfer to the lifts, if you don’t have a car, it’s very convenient. • High-quality and clean furniture, especially the amazing kitchen and bathroom, and the bed! Everything was great for me — quiet and peaceful, very cozy. I will definitely come back to you.

Don’t look any further for a place in Serbia—trust me, Ivana’s villa is everything the 5-star reviews say and even more. We spent an unforgettable family holiday here, surrounded by nature, breathtaking mountain views, birds singing every morning, squirrels around the trees, and magical sunsets every evening. The villa is spotless, spacious, and fully equipped—smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube in every room, fast Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, a perfectly maintained pool, sauna, and a kids’ playground. The kitchen had everything we needed, including snacks, bottled water, salt, pepper, and spices. Each room was cozy and beautifully prepared, with plenty of fresh towels and soft bathrobes. Ivana is an angel—so warm, thoughtful, and always responsive. Dusan and Marijana, who live nearby, were incredibly kind and helpful anytime we needed anything. Security is excellent with cameras and sensors. We celebrated New Year’s here and can’t wait to return. Truly heaven on earth.

Considerate and enthusiastic Ivan took the initiative to inform us of our check-in before we checked in. We arrived when it was raining heavily. IVAN greeted us at the door and prepared umbrellas for us. The room is spacious and bright, warm and comfortable, and convenient for parking. The quiet living environment gives us a full rest. We had a wonderful day.

Everything about this trip was perfect! Marko is a great host, friendly and always responsive, he gave us the instructions and useful information about the place and surroundings. The cabin is cozy, peaceful, clean and warm, it has everything you need. The place itself is between Josanicka banja and Raska and with 10-20min ride you can find restaurants with great and affordable food. The nature and the views while driving are beautiful. We stayed in winter, but I’d say it’s a great place for a peaceful vacation any time of the year!
