Holiday rentals with beach access in Browns Bay

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Loved the peace and quiet and a very clean beach. We are sure to come back soon. 101% recommended! Thank you Ian for sharing your lovely home and space with us🙏

Really enjoyed staying here! The place was super clean and spacious and within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and town area! It was pretty private despite being so close to a lot of restaurants and nice coffee places. Although it was a bit difficult to find the keys and get access to the car park at first, Simon gave ample instructions to check into the apartment. Will stay here again when I come back to Auckland!

Great location, quiet street 5 minutes stroll to Jervois Road

We had a lovely Easter break at Pauline’s Airbnb. Loved the location - quick to walk to local beaches & the village. Easy public transport to visit other spots on the island and to get to/ from the ferry. We appreciated the chocolate, breakfast cereals, and fresh OJ! Lovely outdoor area too.

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

We truly love Cannelle’s place — we initially thought it was just another apartment, but upon checking in, you can’t help but notice how the space and amenities were thoughtfully set up and prepared. It was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean, super spacious for 2 and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable that we had a really restful sleep. And the living room space was perfect for lounging and chilling! The listing is conveniently located — a short drive from CBD and it is super private as well. There’s really nothing to complain about and is easily one of our favorite listings. Cannelle was also welcoming and a friendly communicator. Would recommend that if you are driving, do consider parking briefly at an adjacent street to first do the check in so that you can get the parking remote to enter the private carpark. Really love this listing and definitely will return when we visit Auckland again!

We loved our stay - definitely my favourite Airbnb of all time! We felt at home from the moment we arrived - the house is so well equipped and really spacious. It's in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything you could possibly need - including beautiful Long Bay beach. Naomi was an excellent host, so helpful and responsive :) Thank you!

Great house as a base for us and our family. Very comfortable house, easy to walk to shops restaurants and beach. Morris and Daisy were very helpful and attentive hosts, providing toys for the children and even a monitor so our son in law could work while at the house

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and neighbourhood. It was peaceful and we enjoyed local walks/runs by the beach but also very handy to shops and the city.

We had a fantastic stay at The Black Pearl. We loved the sea views, comfy beds and location. The house was easy to find and reach by taxi or bus, the local bowls club was great for a feed and a few drinks, and the French bakery down the road was perfect for a light breakfast before heading out for the day. It was great to have the fireplace for the chilly nights/mornings, and Kurt and Sacha were quick to respond to our messages. Overall an amazing stay and great value for money.

Very clean and tidy modern house and interior. Large wooden floored combined kitchen/ lounge/ living area. Great location at the beachfront with views out over the water with sunrise straight out the lounge window. The two and a half bathrooms was a bonus for our larger group. Well fenced with large lawn out the back.

This was a last minute trip, but we could not have been a better place - the house, location, and everything was lovely 😊😊 we miss it already! A massive bonus is the kids play room - our baby loved it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both kids and adults to relax. It’s just an easy 5-minute stroll to the beach, which was such a bonus. The fantastic undercover deck was a standout feature, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. The beds were all super comfortable, making for restful nights after fun-filled days. An added bonus was the incredible cafe just a 5-minute walk away, serving amazing coffee and delicious burgers! This place truly had everything we needed for an epic family getaway. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

My spouse and I spent 33 nights at Wei's place. He was friendly, helpful and communicated well.Solved things immediately. Street parking excellent. Not unusual for NZ, but a steep drive way and few stairs to the apartment. The apt is large and worked for visits from our son and family who live 5 minutes from Wei's - reason for trip. Wei is a 'computer guy' and setup for work and electronics was amazing. There is an auxiliary screen and plenty of plugs for elec. and A & C USBs. TV great for streaming..We are older and though we used the new gas grill in the garden, access down steep stairs made it less available and comfortable. We cooked regularly. I think we are the exception. Small kitchen was adequate. New fridge, excellent washer, minimal dryer-we hung out. No DW. Important to ask Wei for anything you need. We recommend Wei's place.

Thanks so much for a great stay! The lady on site was so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. The best location with everything you could need or want at arms reach! My little dog loved zooming around the yard and surrounding parks/beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Pia’s place is incredible! Had a wonderful 10 days there. We really enjoyed the location on the beach, all the amenities in the hime and the beautiful sunrise views from the wall of windows. One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Pia was amazing to work with - very responsive and attentive. Could not have asked for a better stay in New Zealand!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
