Holiday rentals with a patio in Brno

We were very happy to stay in Hansa's house. Our children (1-6 years) thought it was great fun to borrow toys both outdoors and indoors. We parked just outside the house. It was a quiet and peaceful street.

The beds were good. Very decorated place. Shower was nice. No shampoo was provided. One roll of toilet paper was provided. We only stayed one night though. Loved the balcony with the swing chair and the quiet solitude. This property is about 15 minutes by tram from City Center and the Grand Hotel bus station. 24-hour public transit can be purchased on tram for CZK 90 with a credit card. The tram stop is half a block at most. Uber was CZK 200 to get back to bus station mid-day.

Great place close to the city center, attentive host with impeccable communication. I recommend it!

We chose the accommodation a bit at the last minute, but we don't regret it at all! It was beautiful, there was a department store with Tesco nearby, open until 11 pm, so night snacking was also an option. There was also a tram nearby, with which one could easily get to the main station, for example. It was a little harder to find, but that was a navigation problem! The surroundings are beautiful, the apartment was clean, everything easily accessible, I can't praise it any more.

Everything is perfect, we will be happy to return..

Petra's place met our expectations. Petra communicated very proactively and gave us advice. She provided us with a crib and a chair. She also allowed us to check in exceptionally sooner because she knew about our early arrival in Brno. The apartment was cozy and well accessible to the city center. I can recommend.

A return visit to this apartment and again everything was perfect. Tomas is a very friendly owner who will not only hand over the keys to the apartment, but will also recommend you local attractions. The apartment itself was spotless! Everything was perfectly cleaned and prepared for arrival. A well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary extras like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and oil. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. A large TV and a rest kit on the balcony. The apartment has air conditioning. The housing estate itself is very quiet and peaceful. A comfortable underground garage with wide parking spaces. Great access to downtown and more. Close to the ring road, which allows you to quickly get to the tourist attractions in South Moravia. Next door to Tesco and Kaufland. This was our second visit to this apartment, but I already know it won't be the last!

The place was above expectations, well-equipped, clean, we felt at home. You can use the verandas with the garden (nice sitting area), where you can't see from anywhere - private. Next time, we'll be sure to use the barbecue. Overall, I rate great and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful nearby pond. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet friendly accommodation.

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

Very quiet neighborhood, well connected 10 min walk to the tram stop you can go to the center, 2 min to Mongolian diner we can definitely recommend. The host is very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained

We had a lovely stay and would love to come again. The host had lots of helpful tips about shops and restaurants we could go to. She was also very quick to respond to calls and even allowed us to check out a bit later. The place was clean, had lots of appliances for us to use and for our mini vacation it was the perfect fit.

We loved the Mýtinka Cottage so much that we booked two more nights the day before we left. Everything was great, the cottage is located in a great place where you have peace and have it to yourself. We also loved the amenities, we didn't miss anything, and we were expecting wine to welcome. The owner, Kamila, also arranged for us a great wine tasting in the wine cellar with their good friend Mr. Pope. We really have nothing to complain about. Thanks so much, we'll be back for sure!

The place was nice, clean, and exactly as described. Located within walking distance to everything we needed — restaurants, shops, and attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Arrival and Check very easy, the location is very good, the apartment was very clean upon our arrival and coresponded exactly to the description and the picturess shown in the adverstisement. It looked like new - kitchen and bathroom new and in tip top condition. The apartment is very big, comfortable and welcoming. Jakub himself was very nice, he explained everything to us very well and was helpful. We had a nice stay and I can fully recommend the appartment.
