The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

It is a very nice house ideal to celebrate holidays with our family: cozily furnished, nice bedrooms for both us and the children and enough to play with for the children, within walking distance of the lake and the location of the house in the forest gave a lot of cooling with the warm weather. The location near Brno is also a nice holiday destination!

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

There were nine of us in David's beautiful house with the family. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and everywhere outside access. The pool and terrace with the barbecue were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a few enchantingly beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very dedicated host. He knew we were booking the house on the occasion of my mother's birthday and even suggested we organize flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would love to come back. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I liked the accommodation very much. We felt at home, the equipment was rich, everything you can think of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the apartment upon arrival, which the website says the apartment does not contain. The kitchen was great, well-equipped. The cleanliness of the apartment is also excellent. As for the noise, with the windows closed it is quiet, you can't hear the noise from outside and the neighbors were not heard once during the whole trip. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Nice place

Tereza's place is one of the best accommodations in our trip. With following advantages: - good location, able to walk to Brno centrum. - every amenities are brand new. - kind host, though we did not met each other Tereza always promptly replied us. Also, she provides Brno travel tips, which is very helpful. - private parking space, very specious and safe.

We enjoyed our stay in Brno in the apartment. Everything went as expected, the instructions for the accommodation were clear. The host responds quickly. The apartment was clean and it is a new building. The location is in the center, everything was really close.

Very well received, we had a great stay. The accommodation is impeccable and very comfortable, we only spent 2 nights there but we could easily imagine spending 1 or 2 weeks there. In addition to impeccable cleanliness, the accommodation is well arranged, very well equipped and quiet in a private residence. The proximity of the tourist places of South Moravia is a real plus. We strongly recommend!

Nice accommodation in a quiet and green part of Brno. I used it on the way to the conference because of its location, but you could also walk to the center (estimated 20min) or take a few stations by tram. Great amenities (kitchen incl. tea and coffee, hair dryer, iron, ...), plenty of storage space... I felt at home.

Very friendly and efficient communication. Clean and neat apartment. Will revisit, when coming to Brno again.

Cute little place that has everything needed for a few days. Tram is right out the door, literally. Host is friendly. Would go again. It is noisy, but for us it didn’t matter because we just needed a place to be close to our family.

I must admit the Marco's apartment has been the best airbnb experience so far for me. Finally the apartment with the little details that make your stay pleasurable. I mean the check in and all the info provided, some food and snacks to enjoy during the stay, coffee and tea, and also extra present for us when we arrived. You can notice the listings on airbnb that are pure business and those with personal touch. This one is definitely the latter and that was all to Marco being helpful and there for you. As well to his ideas in the apartment to make the short stays as comfortable as possible.

Petr’s place was perfect for us. Easy walk to the center of Brno. It was really nice to have our car off the street and in a parking garage while we were there. Tram stop is right in front of the apartment. Nice private deck with view of nearby park. Petr was very accommodating with our check in. His parents were friendly and explained how everything worked.
