Gorgeous flat! Perfect to explore Brixen & surrounding area. Set in "old town wall" surrounding historic center, this open plan apartment has colorful walls & furniture, and a sunny balcony! A fabulous gym (Aquarena) with sauna / pools is nearby. Quiet street (no cars) and views of the dome and mountains. A balcony full of flowers in summer! We live in the flat above and love the area! (P.S. there's a small crack in the window pane on the balcony. Just wanted to point out it's already there.)

A cozy, welcoming and atmospheric apartment where we immediately felt at home. Contact with the host was smooth and friendly. Upon arrival, there was a book with useful tips for both the summer and winter periods, and suggestions for activities in good and bad weather, very thoughtful! The center of Brixen can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, via a beautiful route along the water. A nice place to stay, definitely recommended for those looking for peace and atmosphere!

Our stay was wonderful. The location is perfect, 100 meters from the bus stop which we used a lot to visit different locations since we had the FREE card that gave us the accommodation, for bus and trains. We were able to go to Bolzano, Merano, Alpe di Siusi etc and go up to the Renon funicular with that card. On the way around the depto there is a nice supermarket and the area is central and quiet. We found everything very clean and comfortable and the communication was excellent. 100% recommended!!!!!

Had a great time in Matthias' apartment. We have already spent holidays in a number of apartments in Brixen, but we thought this was the best! In terms of location and accommodation. We would love to come back 😌

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!
