The apartment occupies the ground level of our home, with its own entrance and car park. Welcome to my beautiful new Townhouse available to relax and unwind in the heart of Claremont. Close to MONA, Shopping centre, bus service and walking track. The townhouse is fully furnished and is perfect for a quiet comfortable stay. The townhouse has reverse cycle heating/cooling and a secure yard to relax. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms. Guest will have their own car park in front of their personal entrance as well as street parking.
