The apartment is located in a detached family house with a semi-detached apartment at the altitude of Lahnstein. The 1,500 sqm hillside plot offers a breathtaking view of the Rhine valley and Stolzenfels Castle. Despite its quiet location, it is only 900 m walk to the centre of Lahnstein, and the bus stops are just a 2-minute walk away. A total of 105 m² of living space is available (2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway, utility room, terrace).

Our vacation home is located in a wildly romantic side valley between Hunsrück and Moselle and is only 9 km away from the well-known wine town of Zell Moselle. In Altlay, about 1.5 km away, there is a restaurant. Our vacation home is surrounded by forest and meadows. The Altlayer Bach flows right by the house. The picturesque, 200-year-old quarry stone building was renovated in 2022 and has a new bathroom, kitchen, underfloor heating and an open fireplace.
