You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been quite recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Charming stone house, very pleasant with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Ideal for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the vicinity, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

We had a great stay at Christine and Laurent's. From check-in to check-out, the host is available if needed and privacy for the pool and spa. Very quiet and relaxing environment. We'll be happy to go back!

Beyond a very pleasant and friendly welcome, the accommodation is particularly well suited to receive tenants (independent entrance, view of the garden without interference with the owner). The layout of the accommodation is modern, clean and functional. I would definitely recommend it.

The place is perfect for a stay near Paris. Very fast to get to Paris by train. Parking is provided at the property. Easy walk to the train station about 3-5 minutes, trains leave about every 20 minutes to gare de Lyon. Bakery for fresh morning bread and croissants about 15 minutes walk. We really liked it. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host is very helpful and gives recommendations. Thank you very much. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Steve is a very welcoming, friendly and responsive host (he responds quickly by message to all questions). The house is very clean, well-decorated and well-equipped. It's as described. The residential area is very quiet and the environment is green. It's very easy to park there. I really recommend this accommodation, which is close to Paris!

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

Accommodation perfectly matches the listing. We didn't miss a thing. There were even drinks in the fridge for us when we arrived. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We came with our little dog, fully enclosed courtyard. Audrey was attentive in giving us multimedia information about the accommodation. We recommend it +++

We only spent one night in the house but everything was impeccable. The bedding is good quality, everything is clean and very well equipped. We didn't have time to enjoy it but the terrace is really cozy and intimate. I would recommend this place without hesitation. A large, very pleasant park in the immediate vicinity.

great house and kids enjoyed garden and treasure hunt. bbq area was also good , shared garden but no problems. only thing to watch is the train line was suspended in the evening (might be temporary engineering works) so we had to get Uber back .

We were a group of seven including three kids and we all had a very comfortable stay. The location is walkable from the bus stop and it is very peaceful.

David and Ann-Sophie's apartment is excellent. Modernly equipped, beautifully furnished and everything you need is available. The apartment is part of a large horse yard, so you are surrounded by nature. David gave us many helpful tips for excursions in the area. At the same time, the apartment is superbly located to make trips to Paris without having to endure the hustle and bustle of the city the whole holiday. The apartment has a small terrace, which we used to sit in the sun for dinner and enjoy grilled meat. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.
