Had a great stay, the right mix of quiet and things to do, a great place to stay to take time out have a coffee, good food all within a gentle walk

very nice spacious place right on the riverside. only downside we fond was that they only Supply 1 towel/person for a 4 night stay

Absolutely divine ❤️ My best friends and I were there to celebrate my birthday and everyday we were amazed at the space. Rita had everything you can think of ready for us, all kitchen appliances, blankets, cleaning products and even sleeping masks and earbuds 🥹🥹 We were in awe and the place made the entire weekend. I definitely recommend this beautiful place

Sams place was a comfortable clean and tidy unit in a central area but also peaceful with great views of the beautiful maroochy river. Sam's communication was very prompt. Check in was a breeze. Thank you.

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

Lovely apartment, perfect location for exploring the coast, close to supermarkets, ample parking, lots to do locally. Will definitely stay again.

Alex’s place was a wonderful place to stay in Golden Beach and plenty of room to relax and had everything you needed to enjoy for a nice get away.

The stay here was exactly what I expected! It was a lovely big house with enough big bedrooms for all the family. Big kitchen, living and dining area opening onto the massive outdoor area. We really enjoyed the heated spa as the pool was a little too cold at this time of year. We just had a really relaxing nice little family getaway! Thank you!

My family and I (10 of us) had an amazing stay at Lis’s property. It was in a great location, such a relaxing spot and beautiful outlook onto the river. There was heaps of space and it was very comfortable for everyone. Great amenities including the bbq! Lis went above and beyond - she allowed us to check-in early and check out later as she had no one booked the next day. Definitely recommend this Airbnb and we will definitely be back :)

We havr stayed at many air bnbs and Debbies house is by far, our favourite. Communication with Debbie was so easy and she went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is light filled, airy and stocked with everything you could posdibly need. The kids loved being directly across the road from the beach, and the fact that there are koalas in the trees was an added bonus. Highly recommended

Omg! This house is absolutely beautiful and my family & I were thrilled with the space, the layout, the decor & the amount of areas there were to be altogether or then go to if you preferred some quiet time alone . Having our own personal jetty for fishing was a game changer for the (father) males who loved being able to throw a rod in at anytime with the young children still being able to see them safely from behind the glass fence while they explored the rock path themselves. Was also a bonus not having to pack the car up and travel with all the fishing gear elsewhere. Was well equipped to fit our five cars in the driveway plus one more in the lockup garage, which is normally a concern when going away with the size of streets & not bothering locals or neighbours. Then there was the biggest back sliding door that opened up to the covered entertainment area, with the most amazing retractable fly screen we've ever seen. This was genius.

We had a marvellous stay at Letitia and Michael's Little Whale House. The house and the grounds are attractive, comfortable, and extremely clean. We felt right at home, as did our pups, which made for a perfect stay all round. I highly recommend Little Whale House for the perfect beach getaway.

Thankyou for the stay at short notice. It was just myself and my cat so we enjoyed the peaceful walks along the river in the early mornings. Craig’s place would be perfect for families with children and animals. There is so. much to do along the river, boating, fishing, BBQs, playground, coffee shop and friendly people. I had a quiet time and it was very comfortable and I had everything I needed. Thankyou Craig. Judy

Emily's place was quite idyllic, plenty of space & facilities for 3 families. The weather was wild but we still managed to take advantage of the pool & the beach. We would seriously consider another stay in the future Thank you for a great stay Marg

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. Dorelle was always helpful and gave us lots of information to make our time there easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back to Dorelle’s beach house soon! ☀️ 🌸

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Awesome apartment to relax enjoy the beach , surf, tennis , ride our bikes. The apartment had everything you need and lots of extras, coffee, salt pepper, spices, sugar ect. Comfortable beds we all sleep so well. We ll be back and highly recommend this for anyone’s holiday. Great communication with the owner as well … 5 stars 🌟

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

The Condo was perfect for our coast getaway, quiet location with the most amazing views. The only noises were the waves crashing onto the rocks. We had easy access to Kings Beach and the start of the boardwalk and enjoyed watching the many ships pass by. The driveway and access to the undercover carpark was quite daunting at first, however, we did get better at navigating the best angle to take on the steepness in our small car. We found the room to be exactly as described and as per the listing photos. Would definitely stay again.
