Es ist bereits alles gesagt, wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Kommunikation mit Elettra war von Anfang bis Ende sehr nett und unkompliziert. Allein die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist schon traumhaft schön. Das Studio ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I cannot recommend Sam & his AirBnb enough. Such an incredible rooftop view of the city and centrally located to get around the city. Our deciding factor in choosing our AirBnb was the host’s reviews & Sam lived up to every expectation. 10/10 !

This was a beautiful apartment in the perfect location to help make our first time in Venice incredible. Sebastian was very helpful with check in and friendly. Listen to the restaurant recommendations that he and/or Sabrina give you! Every one we tried was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed 6 nights in Claudia’s beautiful Venice apartment and felt right at home. It was stylish and spacious and set in a perfect quiet location close to one of the main walkways. Loved being on a canal! The bed was comfortable and found it a place to relax from the busy city. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay - an absolute gem.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Herzen von Venedig Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Unterkunft! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, aber dennoch ruhig genug, um sich abseits der Touristenströme zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – besonders schön sind die kleinen Design Details in der Wohnung. Unser Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und versteckte Ecken Venedigs gegeben, die wir sonst vermutlich nicht entdeckt hätten. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders schön war der mit Ausblick auf einen Kanal. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Venedig authentisch und komfortabel erleben möchte. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Marc and Elizabeth’s space is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tidy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable for sure, but the inspiring design is what should compel you to book. All the details make it feel very special from the terrazzo floors, to the textiles, to the thoughtful lighting. My teenaged sons will forever remember lounging in that gorgeous living room, playing chess while Gilberto Gil and John Coltrane play softly on CD in the background. Cannaregio is a perfect place to stay — away from the most crowded areas but still accessible to everything . For reference, we were able to walk to the Maritime museum on the opposite side of Venice in 30 minutes. Elizabeth was kind and her dining recommendations were spot on.

Loved our stay at Paola's place. It was in a quiet location out of the hustle and bustle of tourism but very easy walk to everything. Paolo met us at the vaporetto and took us to the apartment, giving us advice on nearby restaurants and things to do. Loved the canal views! Would stay here again.

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

The serene location with the most beautiful views. The home was larger than expected and beautifully decorated. Perfect to pop over to Venice for the day. Venice is too crowded to stay. We prefer relaxed areas. I will tell everyone I know to come and enjoy your lovely place. Thank you.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Ludovica zu Gast und wieder begeistert! Das historische Haus liegt in einem großen Garten mit einer privaten Terrasse von der man eine einzigartige Aussicht auf den See hat. Sehr schön ist auch, dass seit dem letzten Mal der Insektenschutz verbessert wurde. An den Fenstern sind jetzt fest eingebaute Insektengitter, sodass man auch Nachts gut lüften kann. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Gasse und ist durch den Garten schön ruhig. Trotzdem ist man mitten in der Stadt. Direkt nebenan gibt es eine Treppe zu einer kleinen Badestelle und man ist in zwei Minuten bei Restaurants, Geschäften usw.

Really loves this place and the area of Venice it is located in. Nearby is an amazing local bar with cicchetti’s and we stoped there every night on the way home. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

The place was comfortable, the owners let us put our heavy baggage before check in. We liked the double bunked beds and the garden outside. it was very peaceful around the place. We accidentally left the keys inside the house before coming out and locked ourselves outside, luckily the owner was kind enough to help us open the door. would definitely recommend, it was a comfortable stay

Wir waren sehr happy mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist einfach super – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight – riesig und mit tollem Ausblick. Paolo war unglaublich hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Lieben dank!

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable accommodations. Clean and accurately represented on the listing. The location is a good balance of close enough to do everything Venice has to offer, but out of the way of all of the tourist congestion. We did a lot of walking, which we enjoyed. Apple Maps got us every where we wanted to go. When we were near the property we were very much in the minority as tourists, which was perfectly fine with us. Would stay here again if we’re ever blessed enough to return to Venice and will recommend it to others.

Merci à Marina et Frederico pour cet excellent séjour à Venise. L’accueil a été extra, notre avion a eu du retard et Frederico a attendu notre arrivée au Vaporetto. Il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer malgré l’heure tardive ! Le logement était impeccable, nous étions 2 couples et 1 enfant et l’espace était suffisant …Le quartier est proche du centre ville et de bons restaurants. Merci pour ce logement qui a rendu ce séjour très agréable.

Bruno's place is so beautiful, it truly feels like you are being welcomed into his family's home. The place is private and spacious, whilst feeling very secure. The photos don't do it justice. Bruno has thought and provided everything you would need whether it's personal cleaning amenities, breakfast (Italian coffee!), or things to help make the stay even more comfortable (citronella for the mozzies!) Bruno as a host was so friendly from the moment we booked, and was very communicative to ensure we were prepared for our stay. The big double windows facing the water are just divine to sit and read a book, or just watch people and boats go by. You can tell the home is well loved and cared for, and you will not be disappointed in booking Bruno's place.

Anna was amazing in her dealings and service. The house is beautiful and tidy, and the area is very nice and quiet. I recommend this house to everyone.

Great place, very convenient location. Don’t leave food on the counter because of ants, but that’s not an issue to be fixed. Host was great with communication and very kind.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

If there is a 5-star rating for Airbnb's then Monica's place deserves one. Despite being nearly seven centuries old, the property is in great condition and all the services were in proper working order. Once you walk out the front door, you are in Venice with a canal with gondoliers on one side and an adjacent walkway leading to an easy ten minute stroll to St Marks. Multiple variations of boat transport are easy and close and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Monica is a fast and responsive host as well, so we had almost a perfect stay in Venice.

We had a wonderful holiday in Ida's apartment. Her son Andrea welcomed us and explained the most important things and gave us great tips. The apartment matched the description perfectly and there were useful maps and brochures available. The location was excellent, and the terrace offered beautiful views over Desenzano, the lake, and the mountains. Nothing was missing: the kitchen was already stocked with essentials such as salt, tea, coffee, and oil. All the necessary toiletries were also provided. Ida responded to messages quickly and communication was smooth throughout. If we return to Desenzano, we would definitely stay here again.
