I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic location!! Anna was able to help us arrange transport from our rental car drop off to the apartment, which was perfect. She also helped us with transportation to the airport at the end of the stay. The water taxi was actually one of our favorite things we did in Venice! We liked it more than our gondola ride. The location is perfect and quiet at night. We easily walked to everything we wanted to go to. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful stay in Venice and Alessandro’s place was amazing for my family’s 3 night stay in Venice . We loved the neighborhood and walking and exploring all it had to offer . Train was a 10-15 minute walk very easy . We were able to get to the Rialto Bridge area and St Marks square with an enjoyable walk and loved exploring the canals and alleys . Breathtaking. We loved the access to the vaparetto from the San Marcoula /casino stop . Great markets and cafes and gelato all nearby . Loved the local bread shop bakery 2-3 storefronts from the apartment . The apartment was more beautiful than the photos and so clean and everything you need for a perfect stay . The linens were wonderful. We look forward to our next visit to Venice and would book Alessandro’s place in a heart beat . He communicated well with us answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations when asked . Il soggiorno presso la struttura da Ignazio è stato top! La stazione si trova a 10 minuti di distanza con il bus che si prende sotto casa, il centro storico a 10 minuti di macchina quindi la posizione è strategicamente ottima. L'appartamento molto ben tenuto, luminoso e con tutti i comfort per trascorrere 5/6 giorni al meglio!

Un appartement vénitien qui vous fait voyager dans le temps. Les peintures murales sont incroyables. Tout est resté dans son jus. Le grand lit est très confortable. Le palais, la vue, tout fait de ce logement une expérience rare dans Venise.

It was really good property and was very modern furnished. Had everything we needed. Wish we had more days we could’ve spent.

Stop Looking!! This place is special! Very homey with outstanding views and hiking. The daily breakfast was perfect. The wood burning hot tub is fantastic. Heated floors are so cozy! The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Don't miss this gem!

Everyone who knows Padova will agree that this location and view are priceless - it can't get much better! If you're looking for the right place to get immersed into the city's vivid and buzzing spirit and become a part of the amazing Padovani lifestyle, you've found what you desire. Be aware, however, that staying in the very heart of the city naturally goes hand in hand with some stress and noise.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, everything was super clean and clearly well taken care of. One of the best parts was the private parking, which made things so convenient. The host was kind and exceptionally thoughtful, anticipating everything a guest might need. From small touches to practical amenities, it was clear a lot of care went into making the stay comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Gino was super nice. We had some hiccups for the check in and we checked in 1 day later, he refunded part of the payment out of goodwill. Super nice man! He even prepared some fruit juice and water for us and also Venice pass for us to enter the historical part without tourist taxes. His place was also just 4 bus stops away from Venice mestres, walkable as well (about 1km?) His place is also super near to Venice historical centre, just about 10-15 mins bus ride away. He is super proactive and gives tips to navigate around the city. Recommends anyone that’s coming to Venice! Thanks Gino

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil a été parfait, avec un hôte très sympathique, disponible et chaleureux. Le logement est exactement comme sur l’annonce : propre, confortable et très accessible. Les moustiquaires installées à toutes les fenêtres sont un vrai plus, surtout en été. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les informations claires et précises fournies sur l’accès à Venise, ce qui nous a permis de bien organiser nos visites. Petit bonus très apprécié : un joli cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte a Padova, ma è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Le stanze erano pulite, e accoglienti;posizione perfetta per visitare il centro a piedi. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce . Ideale per un breve soggiorno.

L'alloggio di Michela è molto accogliente e del tutto conforme alla descrizione. La posizione è ottima per godere Venezia da una ottima posizione fuori dal caos del circuito più turistico. L'alloggio era molto pulito e la comunicazione con Michela è stata ottima.

Diana fue una excelente anfitriona, tuvo muchas cortesías para con nosotros que agradecemos. su departamento es cómodo, tal cual se describe, muy agradable para pasar lindos días en el Lago. no pudimos aprovechar todo lo que había para hacer, sin duda nos quedaríamos más días ya que más allá de la unidad Desenza o es hermosa, desde el depto de Diana se puede ir fácilmente en Bici a la ciudad y si se animan hasta Sirmione, no aprovechamos el mm parque ni la pileta pero se veían muy bien. volvería a elegir este alojamiento.

Hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, het huisje ontbrak aan niets. Het prachtige uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en keuken zorgde ervoor dat je iedere dag vrolijk wakker werd 🤗 Giorgia was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze reageerde super snel op de app en zorgde ervoor dat we een fantastisch verblijf hadden. Vanuit het huisje rijd je gemakkelijk naar Verona en naar het Gardameer! We hebben het super naar ons zin gehad 🫶

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Très beau logement calme, entièrement équipé, il ne manque rien et dans une région magnifique. Stéfania et Andréa sont très disponibles, très accueillants et très discrets. Merci à Stéfania de nous avoir conduit à la gare et de toutes ces petites attentions qu'on a trouvé en arrivant dans la location. A recommander les yeux fermés

L'alloggio è perfetto per 3 persone, spazioso, pulito e con un panorama bellissimo; sicuramente in casa ci sono tutti gli strumenti per poterci vivere anche un periodo lungo. La proprietaria Giovanna è stata molto gentile e ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo una torta e 1 litro di latte per la colazione mentre quando siamo partiti ci ha regalato dei biscotti , un liquore e una tisana, tutto preparato da lei. Riassumendo direi ottimo alloggio e ottima proprietaria! Grazie ancora Giovanna.

All I can say "beautiful place beautiful people". very peaceful, clean and right to be. Claudia was really friendly and always available and reponsive. We loved the artistic vibe and soul of the place and the host. we didn't have any problems getting there by car. Easy to find with clear instructions.
