Well equipped residence and appreciable comfort for a stay in Kin. Welcoming and warm staff. Security is required. A bar and restaurant available on the ground floor with pool table. Communication was very seamless with Zuwena.

A great play to stay. Clean and a very good value for money. 1min to main road for Public transport to city centre. Local Bar and restaurant just opposite the main road 5min walk, supermarket (Kin Market) only 7min walk. Electricity & Air-con 24/7. Property well equipped, Exactly like on the picture - feels like Home.

I will be back again soon.

A very nice apartment, well furnished with a very nice view of the river from the dining room and the bridge from the kitchen. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and are equipped with a very large flat screen TV, in addition to the one in the living room. The beds are huge with good bedding and the bathrooms are beautiful! It is really a luxurious apartment and it is very pleasant to rest there after a day of walking in Brazzaville. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Simplice but her nephew welcomed us with great kindness. On the other hand, we really appreciated Simplice's flexibility with our arrival and departure times. It touched us a lot. On the other hand, he is very responsive in answering any questions we may have.

I stay for a week. You can't really hear the noise of the busy street couples feet away, you'll have time to rest. The appartement is very big and very roomy. Next time i go to kinshasa, i won't hesitate to book again this place.

The apartment is very clean and identical to the description, it is located in a very beautiful and secure residential area ++ Eden is a host who listens to customers and even tries to find solutions when you're having trouble.
