The stay was perfect! The check-in was easy and on time, the room was clean and had all necessary amenities, the area where the apartment is located is safe, extraordinarily green and quiet. I had the opportunity to stay again in this lovely apartment. The accommodation is beautiful, spacious, clean, situated in a quiet neighborhood, and offers free, safe parking. Filip is very friendly and excellent at communication. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Filip’s accommodation to anyone visiting Bratislava . One major plus for me was its proximity to the faculty (FMFI), just a 15-minute walk away.

Overall the apartment was lovely, clean, well equipped, five minutes from the tram stop and at a great price, I can only recommend it.🤍 The only problem was the neighbors who complained to airbnb support that we were bothering them, even though we weren't in the apartment at all or kept the nightly quiet. But Airbnb was on our side, solved the whole situation and it is not the host's fault that this problem occurred.

The place looks just like the photos,super comfy and really close to the center. The TV didn’t work, but everything else was great. Tomás was really easy to communicate with.

Super čisté a veľmi útulné ubytovanie. Majitelia veľmi ochotní a prívetiví. Veľmi radi sa znova vrátime 🙂

Ubytování bylo skvělé – vše krásně čisté, útulné a přesně jako na fotografiích. Oceňuji především jasné a srozumitelné instrukce, rychlou komunikaci a opravdu pohotové reakce ze strany hostitele. Velmi si vážím i ochoty pomoci při řešení nečekané situace. Moc děkujeme za příjemný pobyt!

My stay at this host's was the best experience I've had so far. The Airbnb is 5 minutes away from the station and right in the center. The itself apartment was soulful and cozy with all the necessities for a day to day life. Felt like home. I cant stress enough how helpful and understanding Ivuso was. I will definitely keep this place in mind when i come to Bratislava again.

We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend this AirBnB! Peter is a very attentive and friendly host who speaks many languages. He had a lot of recommendations for our stay in Bratislava and even got us a little welcome present :) The flat was super clean, bright and tastefully furnished with all the art being the cherry on top. We also enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden since the surrounding area is pretty peaceful. Furthermore, the city center is easily reachable via a short taxi drive or ~30 minute walk.

房东很热情，指导停车和入住很详细，方便老人，房子很大，房间内各种设施齐全，还备有一些食品，儿童房内有很多玩具。最近几天我入住了4个民宿，这一家给人的感觉最好，像是到了家一样，因此点赞👍🏻

Great apartment with a very spacious living area and within a 15 minute walk to the old town. We had a great stay here. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Lubomir's place with my husband and a baby girl. Lubomi's apartment is located in a quiet area and still close to the city centre - only takes 2 or 3 bus stops away. The apartment was very clean and we could find everything there. Although there was no internet during our stay, due to a change in internet providers at his place, my kid enjoyed her time spending there with a lot of toys. There were beautiful parks kids can play near by and it helps us parents a lot during the day time. As I was on a business trip, I couldn't meet with him in-person though, my husband who met with him told me that Lubomir was very kind to him and our kid. The communication with Lubomir was fantastic. He helped us a lot to sort out some issues whenever we asked. We sincerely appreciate to him for accommodating us. I highly recommend his place for your stay in Bratislava :)

amazing place with a great spa (small extra fee). the place was clean with and spacious. Also very close to the centre just 12 min with the bus. neighbourhood is quiet and chill. if your looking for something quiet and close to the city i can really reccomend.

This was our second time to stay at this apartment. We love it. Super close to old town which we enjoy each time we come to Bratislava. The apartment building is quiet, the space has everything you need. Comfortable beds, great tub and shower, and plenty of space for us to feel like it’s our “second” home. Thank you for another great stay!

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Pre mňa výhodou tiché bývanie v peknom prostredí, vhodné na home office, blízko bežecké trasy, plaváreň pod oknami, obchody na dosah ruky. Bytu nič nechýbalo. Čisté, plne zariadené. A ako bonus - garážové státie v prízemí. Hostiteľ rýchlo reaguje na správy. Ak by som si mala ešte raz vybrať miesto pre študíjno - pracovný pobyt, tak určite Michalov byt. Odporúčam všetkými desiatimi. 👍🏻😉

We didn't see that Maria had to personally meet us to let us in and we're very late getting into Bratislava. Maria still made it her business to get the keys to us thst night, absolute lady.

Very nice place. Spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars on location was it was not in the middle of things but there was a bus and train station very close. I would highly recommend this place.
