Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brasov

Wer sich für Geschichte, Kultur und historische Städte interessiert, ist hier genau richtig! Wer ein schickes IKEA-AirBnb braucht, eher nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesem alten Haus gefühlt, ruhig und nur zehn Fußminuten vom Zentrum der Altstadt entfernt. Man sollte daran denken, dass in guten alten großbürglichen Villen die Küche eigentlich nur ein Ort für Bedienstete war. Umso mehr Platz gibt es in den Wohnzimmern. Wir vier Freunde haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt!

A characterful and cosy base for exploring Brașov. Our hosts were both supportive and helpful.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

Ne-am simțit foarte bine în căsuța din Schei! Chiar si bebelușii s-au simțit bine și au avut ce explora prin casă fără mari pericole. Iar cartier Schei este favoritul nostru.

La casa estava en perfectes condicions, érem un grup de 8 amics i vam estar molt còmodes. Habitacions molt grans i lavabos amb dutxa de sobres per a tots. Vam poder utilitzar l’espai exterior i fer una barbacoa sense cap problema. Els propietaris van estar sempre atents que no ens faltés de res.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, ruhig und sauber. Es gibt Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen. Ana Dorina antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Die Unterkunft ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Tolles geräumiges Appartement mit super Aussicht und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Innenstadt ist gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Super tolle Location. Etwas weiter weg von den Verkehrsadern aber trotzdem ist das Zentrum schnell u erreichen. DIe Wohnung ist super toll, etwas kühl, aber bei der Hitze die gerade draussen war, genau das Richtige. Das zubehör war hervorragend, sogar scharfe Messer - was ich ja oft nicht in Ferienwohnungen finde. Riesengroßer Fernseher für die paar Minuten Entspannung inklusive. Die Küche war auch sonst sehr gut sortiert und es war vieles vorhanden. Ein großer Schrank für die Klamotten war auch vorhanden. Im bad gab es sogar eine Badewanne in der man gut entspannen konnte. Sehr empfehlenswert. Immer wieder gerne.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Marius und Emilia. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend – perfekt zum Entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Marius und Emilia waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Klare Empfehlung!

Lovely stay and Maria has been an absolute gem. Helped us with settling in and finding our feet around. Plus, we forgot our charger and she has been kind enough to ship it back to us. Thank you Maria!

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament din Brașov! Apartamentul este foarte curat, modern și primitor, exact ca în poze. Priveliștea către munți este absolut superbă, iar balconul oferă o vedere de vis către Tâmpa, perfect pentru cafeaua de dimineață sau un apus liniștit. Plasamentul este ideal: într-o zonă liniștită, dar în același timp foarte aproape de centrul orașului și de principalele atracții. Ai totul la îndemână! Șerban a fost un host de nota 10 mereu disponibil, prietenos și gata să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie. Comunicarea a fost impecabilă, iar check-in-ul a decurs ușor și rapid datorită instrucțiunilor clare. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest loc și, cu siguranță, vom reveni la următoarea noastră vizită în Brașov!

My wife and I stayed at Florin’s place for two nights in June 2025. We absolutely loved this beautiful apartment; it is one of our very favorites out of the hundreds we have stayed in over the years! It is very spacious, ultra-modern (I mean space-age appliances, lights and equipment!) and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and secure, underground parking with direct elevator access to the apartment. The apartment was also very clean, well laid out and with a wonderful bathroom and shower. Florin was also an excellent communicator and answered all our queries promptly. We also liked the location as it is away from the main tourist areas. We used Uber ($6.50 each-way) to visit Brasov oldtown as I didn’t want to deal with the drive, parking, etc. The view is absolutely breathtaking and we spent a lot of time just staring at the mountain. All-in-all, a perfect place for short or long-term stays.

We had a lovely stay at Robert’s apartment in Brașov with our 5-month-old baby. The space was peaceful, clean, and exactly as described—ideal for a couple or young family looking for comfort and calm. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a short stay: a cozy bedroom, a spacious living area with a huge TV, a well-stocked kitchen, and a relaxing bathtub. The balcony was a quiet bonus spot for our morning coffee while the baby napped. Location-wise, you’re in the best spot—right in Coresi, with quick access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and even an EV charging station just around the corner. Parking was also very convenient, right in front of the building. Robert was a warm, super responsive and welcoming host. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and he made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, we felt right at home and would happily return. Highly recommended, especially for couples or small families visiting Brașov!
