Finding the apartment and check in was easy and as instructed. The apartment was clean, spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. Fawad had the wifi scan code on the fridge only had to contact to get the password because I needed wifi for the laptop. He was very responsive. All in all great stay.

Excellent property which is beautifully laid out. Very clean and the shower is amazing! The owners were very friendly and attentive and as we are just moving to Canada, this place settled us before moving into our full time property. Only niggle we had was the upstairs neighbours, we don't blame the owners as we don't think it's their fault but worth warning future visits. We stayed for 10ish days and more often than not were woken up between 6&7 in the morning by either screaming from a child or someone stomping around. Again we don't blame the place or the owners but feel future visitors should be prepared. Other than that the place was perfect

Beautiful home in a super peaceful neighborhood. Bed was really comfortable which was a big bonus, would definitely stay again.

My mother and I loved staying at this little gem. It covered all our needs, was very clean and decorated beautifully. My mother loved all the art. It didn’t feel like a basement suite with the large windows at the front. Check in was super easy and Alexa is quick to reply with any questions. The location was perfect and central to both Kitchener and Waterloo. Lovely area to take morning walks. The washer and dryer were great to have when my mother spilled her entire coffee on her white pants and we both found the beds very comfortable. Thank you Alexa for the lovely stay. We will be back.

I would highly recommend this suite. Nemanja was an excellent host, instructions were clear, and the suite was very quiet and private. He and Momo were exceptionally responsive to any requests and they made us feel very welcome for the duration of our stay. A nice touch was arriving to find some water bottles in the fridge and some coffee/tea to get us started. There were nice walking paths in the neighborhood and it was close to many amenities. A great spot for 1 or 2 people that need a quiet place to rest.

We had a great stay! Peter was amazing 👏 very responsive. The place is an amazing apartment very very clean and organized , kitchen equipped with Everything! Bathroom spotless clean as well. Lovely place very nicely decorated , private and quiet. Easy check-in and out. definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed for a week in their beautiful home and it was a perfect stay 😊Wonderful hosts that go above and beyond, very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. Area is peaceful and the home is beautiful and super comfortable. Place was clean, space was liveable, beds were comfy, rooms were well lit with adjustable lighting, and even though it's a basement unit, you can't tell because the sound proofing was was top tier - you can't hear footsteps from upstairs or any noise. Overall awesome stay, it's a steal for the price for sure! I would definitely book with them again, highly recommended 😊💯🤩

A basic, but good stay. Sam's place provides everything needed for a comfortable night away, and his communication was above and beyond. Very quick, friendly responses. I do see what other reviewers mean when they say the space around the toilet is quite tight - The door almost touches your knees when sitting down - But for a short stay it wasn't a problem. My only suggestion would be to get some black out curtains for the bedroom, and maybe a curtain that could pull across to separate the bedroom from kitchen area to allow a darker space for sleeping when the morning sun comes out. Overall, my husband and I would happily stay again for a night away. Thanks, Sam!

I absolutely loved my stay at Sophie’s condo. Excellent location with lots of restaurants, shops, and Vincenzo’s market in the neighbourhood. Plus less than 10 minutes to drive to the University of Waterloo which I was studying at for the week. This condo offers everything needed to feel at home and Sophie was easy, friendly, and quick to respond with any inquiries throughout both booking and stay. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Had a wonderful stay here! The space was immaculately clean, has everything you need for a even a long term stay and was very spacious. Was actually better than described in the listing imo 😬 Beth was very helpful and friendly thought the booking and the stay, always responsive, and made the entire check-in and stay completely hassle-free. This was my first trip to Toronto, and I’m so glad I chose to stay with Charles & Em. The apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures—maybe even better in real life. The condo was a great place for us to stay. It was in the heart of Mississauga, close to Square One and multiple dining options. The space was very clean and had great views. Carlos was always quick to respond. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

This Airbnb is located in the heart of Kitchener-Waterloo, and is only a 10 to 15 minutes drive to all parts of the city. My wife and I enjoyed our first stay here so much that we reserved this stay (9 nights this time), and have been delighted with this stay as well. Kudos to Suki and Rajbeer for being so easy to deal with.

The host introduced us to the amenities in the building and was proactive in helping us book those. Although we didn't get a change to try them, it was very nice of them to offer that. Overall the experience at this apartment was pleasant.

Loved this spot. Looks exactly like the photos. Dessislava was always responsive and thank you for letting me check in early. The location is perfect for square one just a few mins away. Local shops a nice walk away. I didn’t have a car but taxis were so cheap and quick, so several visits to the big mall nearby. The accommodation is perfect location for the airport too. If you want to get into downtown Toronto by public transport then lots of options close by. Really excellent host and accommodation at an excellent price. I’ll be back! Thanks Dessislava!
