Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bran

Iulian is a thoughtful and responsible host. He sent info with pictures and made it easy for us to find the property. He works in great partnership with his mother who lives on the property (same building but separate quarters and entrance). She was so gracious, receiving us with a smile at almost midnight! She was happy to share her olive oil with us and her hairdryer. Even brought over freshly made coffee for those who desired it. It was like we were staying with family. :) As for the property, it was perfect for our group: 1 couple and 2 families with kids ages 6-18. A rustic style mini-lodge in the countryside. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for all. The snow added to the outdoor fun! Located just 4 minutes drive to the main town of Bran where there are shops and restaurants and, of course the Bran castle. And we adults were very impressed with the availability of hot showers for all of us! We are so grateful to you, Iulian, and your mother for hosting us!

The place is wonderful. Every room has a bathroom inside and balcony. It s amazing. It is clean, the host and co host are very friendly and fast responsive. Everything was great ! We hope to return as soon as possible and we have saved this listing as our favorite place for when we want to visit Bran again. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful weekend (two adults and two kids). We occupied the 1st floor. The location is great if you want to spend a few days in complete peace and fresh air. It is very clean and Ioana answered us promptly every time we asked for something. There is a courtyard, a little terrace and a barbecue (we didn't use it, being a bit cold outside). Highly recommended.

If you’re going to. Is it Dracula Castle this is the place to stay, so clean, so big, so comfortable!! And walking distance from the castle, easy to find . Just topped off a great visit. Romania is so much better, cleaner and modern than you would ever expect!!

Am avut o experiența excepțională. Casa a fost peste măsura așteptărilor, extrem de curată, dotata și frumoasa! Ii mulțumesc gazdei pentru toată disponibilitatea, ajutorul și recomand din toată inima pentru ca totul a fost excepțional.

This was a really lovely stay. I wish I'd had more than a few days. The apartment is a cozy loft space with a balcony and deck. I didn't use the deck, but the balcony was a nice place to spend an evening with a Radler watching the sunset over a pretty cemetery. The rest of the apartment was well laid out and tidy. The location is great, off in a quiet corner of Zarnesti, although the town centre is a long walk. I was staying as a quieter base to visit Bran Castle and for those with the energy, the castle is a two hour walk or a twenty minute taxi ride. There's also a beautiful gorge nearby. Mariana was great and picked me up from the train station. I unfortunately had to work on my second full day, so didn't get to go to the cliffs... as it's a loft apartment it does get toasty in the afternoon sunshine and there wasn't many sockets for things like laptops. But these are minor issues, and kinda limited by the space. I would love to stay again and visit the cliffs. Great value.

Lovely flat, very welcoming and very clean. Large rooms, nice shower. Lovely view from the balcony. Nice and quiet.

The apartment is easy to find, clear instructions were received in advance from the host. The apartment itself is clean and nicely furnitured. The garden is beautiful and includes an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal barbecue as well as an additional gas barbecue and a trampoline. The view on the mountains is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and higly recommend the place.

Am avut o experiență minunată în apartamentul închiriat din Poiana Brașov. Apartamentul a fost extrem de curat și frumos organizat, exact cum ne-am dorit. Am primit instrucțiuni clare și detaliate pentru a găsi parcarea și apartamentul, ceea ce a făcut totul foarte simplu și fără stres. Ne-am bucurat de momente plăcute la piscină, iar copiii s-au distrat de minune la locul de joacă. Totul a fost bine gândit pentru a ne oferi o ședere relaxantă și confortabilă. Recomand cu încredere acest loc pentru o vacanță reușită în Poiana Brașov!

One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. I true oasis in the mountains of Sinaia. Super easy to get there from the station - we took a 5min Bolt for less than €3. We walked into town a few times & to Peles castle easily (about 15mins). House is really well set up to cook & relax there and the view is just spectacular.

Am petrecut un sejur minunat în acest apartament, alături de familie. Priveliștea este absolut spectaculoasă – balconul oferă o vedere panoramică spre munți și pădure, o adevărată oază de liniște și relaxare. Apartamentul este curat, bine întreținut și dotat cu toate cele necesare pentru un sejur confortabil. Locația este perfectă pentru iubitorii de natură și drumeții – ne-am bucurat de aerul curat, de peisajele de vis și de liniștea specifică zonei montane. În apropiere se află și diverse puncte de interes, iar accesul este facil. Recomand cu drag acest loc tuturor celor care vor să petreacă timp de calitate cu familia într-un cadru natural deosebit. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

The place was amazing, so beautiful to see the mountains. Mihai was very friendly and accommodating. The dog was a huge plus she was very sweet and playful. Definitely recommend this place!

O locație de vis, perfectă pentru o vacanță relaxantă! Cazarea este spațioasă, curată și decorată cu gust, iar priveliștea este absolut spectaculoasă. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și primitoare, oferindu-ne o experiență memorabila. Recomand cu drag oricui își dorește o combinație între confort si liniste.

A fost superba casuta, ne-am simtit imediat ca acasa. Totul curat si organizat, iar comunicarea cu gazda s-a facut foarte usor, cu intelegere si rapid. Cu siguranta revenim 🤍

Comunicare excelenta. Locatia foarte ok, aproape de partie. Cazarea in sine a fost spatioasa, bine dotata si curata.

Ne-a placut mult cazarea, accesibila si cu loc de parcare in fata. A fost asa cozy, totul foarte curat si cu multe facilitati. Georgiana este super draguta, ne a intampinat cand am ajuns, ne a prezentat locatia, ne-a recomandat si cateva restaurante bune. A fost frumos ca ne-a lasat un vin pe masa si 2 eclere, iar dimineata am avut micul dejun inclus. ☺️ Ne-a placut mult sa stam aici, ne am simtit ca acasa, recomand cu siguranta! ❤️

Wonderful place, with stunning sight from the terrace. The terrace itself is a great place to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, well decorated, there is a parking place in front of the building and a nice restaurant with delicious food just right to the property. Sinaia is definitely worth visiting and one day is not enough :) And Livia was very polite and helpful host.

Really impressed. The apartment is lovely, nice and spacious and well equipped. Located really conveniently with the shop and getting around the local area. Instructions were really clear with easy self check in and parking space. Host was friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend this property.

The place was clean and tidy, everything was ok.. The resort is very pretty, and the views are great! The only negative side was the lack of natural light inside. Would recommend taking another apartment/studio in the same complex if you like alot of natural light.
