Easy to reach, close to the Kusadasi center, walking distance to the beach (2 min max) with private grass area, which is the crucial part. House itself is perfect with everything you need. hope to stay again soon..

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Feridun Bey ilk andan çıkışa kadar cok ilgiliydi. Beklediğimizden cok daha iyyidi. Özellikle mutfagi cok kullanışlıydi. Cok genis ferah bir terasta aksam yemekleri yedik .Tekrar teşekkür ederim

Airbnb de ilk maceram oldu . Açıkçası biraz çekimserdim ama Enes bey sağolsun herseyi harika yaptı .Aşırı memnun kaldığım bir seyahat oldu benim için . Evin bahçesi muazzamdı . Konum olarak denize çok yakındı ve özellikle havuz başında mangal çok iyi oldu . Her şey için teşekkür ederim Enes Bey .

We had a great stay at Mevlüt's place. He was a wonderful host and very helpful. His place is located at 5 minutes walk from the port and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Getting there involved navigating little bit of Turkish streets in a downtown environment which is to be expected considering prime location.

The property is amazing but it could do with a more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. The hosts are lovely and were always quick with their responses and fixing any issues we had, such as the wifi in the house stopped working and they had it fixed within hours

villa was ruim, zwembad was groot genoeg en heel de ruimte was kindvriendelijk! Het was heel centraal gelegen. Het is zeker een aanrader. Wij zullen zeker nog terug komen.

Havuzun villaya özel olması mahremiyet açısından çok güzeldi.Oldukça sakin bir lokasyondaydı , sabah uyandığında kuş seslerini duymak harikaydı. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi.Kuşadası’na tekrar gidersem mutlaka burada kalacağım parasını hak ediyor 🫶🏻

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful summer villa! The space is incredibly spacious, spotless, and well-maintained — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It’s conveniently located just 3-4 km from Kusadasi’s most popular beaches and the city center, with grocery stores just around the corner, which made everything super convenient. The villa also features a great pool and a small patio, which were perfect for enjoying the warm weather and unwinding in the evenings. Check-in was a breeze with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Our host, Yasin, was amazing — very friendly and always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. His hospitality really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient place to stay in Kusadasi!

3 gece 4 gün 8 yetişkin 1 bebek 2 köpek ile son derece keyifli kusursuz bir tatil yaptık. Sadece son gün bölgede olan elektrik kesintisi neredeyse yarım gün bize bir kayıp yaşattı ama onu da geç çıkış alternatifi sunarak telafi ettiler. Ellerinde olmayan bir duruma rağmen çözüm üretip yardımcı oldular.

Can war bis zur Anreise immer gut erreichbar und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft gab es mit Can Probleme, weil ich mit der Sauberkeit der Küche nicht einverstanden war. Er reagierte zuerst sehr unfreundlich und war aufgebraust. Jedoch konnte er sich später beibringen und sich für sein Verhalten entschuldigen. Eine Reinigungskraft kam sofort und hat die Küche komplett gereinigt. Nach diesem kleinen aber sehr intensiven Vorfall, zeigte er sich wieder äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, so dass wir uns wohl fühlen und den Urlaub genießen konnten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten und geschützten Anlage mit Security. Es ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr nah am Haus und ist mit Liegestühlen und Schirmen ausgestattet. Meistens hatten wir den Pool für uns, es waren kaum andere Personen da. Wir waren 9 Tage Ende August dort.

Konakladığımız yer temizdi her odada klima vardı Sedef hanımda gayet ilgiliydi lakin etrafta birkaç inşaat çakışması vardı o yüzden gürültü problemi yaşadık birde ana yolun sahil kısmında bulunmadığından kuşadasından biraz uzak kaldık eğer aracınız varsa tavsiye ederim herşey için teşekkür ederiz…

Der Aufenthalt war super! Wir waren zu sechst und hatten eine super Zeit!

Un séjour chez Claudia avec mes 4 enfants. Nous avons tous beaucoup aimé la maison, sa piscine, la proximité de tous les commerces et la plage à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. La maison est extrêmement propre et confortable. La cuisine propose tous les équipements utiles pour une famille de 6 personnes. Claudia a été très amicale, bienveillante et arrangeante. Elle a su nous a assisté à la fois pour nous aider dans nos visites ou dans nos petits soucis du quotidien. Merci Claudia pour avoir rendu ce séjour magique.
