Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bourron-Marlotte

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and lack of a ramp. The same goes for small children... there is still a risk that they will fall by accident...

A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

Estelle & François's place is great. The accommodation is clean and well located. The surroundings are quiet and it is possible to park the car inside the courtyard. Plenty of space for any type of vehicle and safe. Hosts are very responsive and proactive on info. We loved the moment and recommend this Airbnb without hesitation.

A great weekend for a successful bachelorette party! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, well-equipped, with a beautiful pool. We had a very relaxing stay in this very quiet setting where life is good. The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable in all respects, consistent with the photos, there is enough to cook, the private garden is superb and the cats are very welcoming. The local shops are perfect. We were able to enjoy an exhibition of a local painter and sculptor in a beautiful place. Thank you Soisic for this beautiful stay, we will come back.

We had a great time in the apartment. It is small but so cozy and the four of us felt right at home there. It is very tasteful and at the same time functionally furnished and my children were very happy about the toys available there. Just around the corner is also a small playground, you can walk into the forest and to a bakery. We were really sad when we had to leave.

We were with a group of friends for the annual bouldering in Tony's accommodation and were more than satisfied with our stay😊! A great house with all kinds of specials and everything your heart desires. We spent a lot of time in the large living area, as well as on the cozy balcony in the courtyard and the garden area and felt very comfortable! 😊 Communication with Tony was great, check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated! We would be happy to come back anytime 😊🙏

Lovely Airbnb for a couple or individual for a weekend. Living room and kitchen are nice with good amenities / equipment. Bedroom and bathroom are nice. Only one note stairs to the bedroom are quite steep.

Such a great place! Perfect location to access the chateau and its gardens. Walking distance from the little shops in Avon (boulangerie, small market on Saturday, small grocery store). The apartment looks exactly as the photos describe it, I would even say better! It's very neat and clean, nicely decorated and has everything one needs for a stay in Fontainebleau. We loved it and can only recommend it to people visiting the area :)

It was very easy to communicate with Corinne and she agreed that we could arrive a little earlier in the accommodation. This one is very well located (in front of the castle, shops and restaurants nearby as well as a paid parking lot) and there is everything that can be useful to us. I recommend it!

Perfect, lovely short stay in Fontainebleau

We had a great time. The apartment is ideally located, in the heart of the city, both very nice and functional. Very good communication with Agata who is quite available and attentive. Thank you very much! And then, it's a real pleasure to discover this medieval city full of history with its beautiful buildings, its small alleys, its walks along the Loing... We stayed two days but it seemed too short. In short, we would recommend this place without hesitation!

Chic and very clean accommodation. Amazing bedding I was able to enjoy the outdoors which is great (garden furniture...). Vigilance point on steep stairs to go up to the bedroom. Breakfast included with a top jam roll I highly recommend it.

Beautiful accommodation, well finished. Lots of equipment available. Quiet location and close to a sports center as well as the city center. You can hear people living above but nothing too annoying.
