Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Boulogne-Billancourt

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Matthieu was a great host, super friendly and I felt I could ask him for help if I needed to.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

This was a stellar location with wonderful hosts. Really enjoyed our say. Very easy to get into central Paris from this location.

Assia is a welcoming host. The accommodation is 2 minutes from tram 2. The banks of the Seine are 5 minutes away, which allows for a nice walk after a day of work. If you need to go to the Seine Musicale, it is possible to walk there from Assia's apartment.

It's a very clean and well-organized accommodation. There is a subway right next to it, so it is easy to go anywhere, and delicious bakeries, restaurants, and marts are also close. Above all, the host greeted me kindly, introduced the house, and took care of my stay in detail while guaranteeing my privacy during my stay. I recommend it.

Hello the apartment, it is beautiful bright, located not far from all shops, accessibility, many transports, i.e. the metro to the bus with the car, 15min center of Paris. Thank you. I'm excited. I have booked your apartment next time.

Aymeric was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. His place was lovely and as described.

We were in Paris to attend Roland-Garros, so we wanted to be within walking distance of the venue. Mathis' place was about a 30-minute walk so it made getting to and from tennis very easy. You pass many restaurants and boulangeries on the way. The neighborhood was not crowded, compared to staying near the sites, so it was quiet. The apartment was good for 2 people, and it was a plus to have access to a washing machine.

Kenza is a very nice host and always available which is very appreciable. Her place is faithful to the description. Close to the metro with all the shops at the foot of the building, which is really convenient! We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful apartment, furnished with antiques and works of art. Clean, comfortable, and well located to the metro to access the attractions of Paris. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Very friendly welcome from Diane, who speaks great English and gave useful information which helped enormously. Safe, secure apartment with key pad entry system. Highly recommended.

Peaceful space near St Cloud station. Good air conditioning and WiFi and the whole apartment was spotless. Recommended!

Spacious, bright and very pleasant apartment, with a large terrace perfect for enjoying the beautiful days. Air conditioning is a real plus for a stay in Paris in summer. Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay in Jeanne apartment. Spacious rooms and kitchen with possibility to cook and eat in large living room. Tram stops nearby to reach the heart of the city in 25 min. Quiet place to live , ideal for family.

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!

Clementine was great. She was a great host. The location was really nice and the apartment was really clean and tidy.

We chose this home as we were attending two days of tennis at Roland Garros. It is a typical non-touristy residential area, which was very quiet during the day and night. As it happened, we were here when the Paris St. Germain team won the championship, so then the celebrations were loud and joyful! That said, the fireworks and partying stopped so that a night’s rest was not affected! There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We wanted for nothing!

Great apartment in a great location and a top hostess. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few great days in Paris. Monique has also been very flexible regarding arrival and departure and has always answered questions immediately and helpfully. Clear recommendation 👍🏻
