Super lokation og på trods af man er tæt på alt, så er der ro. Terrassen med udsigt over byen er perfekt. Det var meget varmt og terrassen var overdækket og i skygge var dejligt. Du har supermarked og små lokale butikker i nærheden. Kan varmt anbefale denne bolig.

Great stay! Dullrich was a fast communicator, welcomed us warmly on arrival, and even registered our vehicle. The Sinpas Suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing place—super close to everywhere we wanted to go, very clean, and very comfy. The living room was small, but we didn’t mind much. They were super helpful with everything. I’d say it’s manageable with 4 people, but if there are more, one bathroom might not be feasible. Would definitely stay there again.

Sehr gute Lage Super Kommunikation Einrichtung ausreichend Leider sehr Renovierungsbedürftig Wohnung sehr laut beim laufen Straßen sehr steil Erster tag war das w-lan sehr gut am zweiten tag flog ich ständig raus. Tv hat nicht funktioniert, für zwei tage Aufenthalt hatte ich keine Lust den Gastgeber anzuschreiben. Das Balkon sieht zwar sehr schön aus, ist auch genau so wie auf den Bildern, ich fühlte mich aber sehr unsicher wegen der leicht schiefen Lage. Die Wohnungseingastüren sind sind nur mit einfachen zimmertürschlösser ausgestattet, dass bedeutet das man mit einem einfachen Dietrich die Türen öffnen kann, also sehr unsicher. Das Bügeleisen ist unbrauchbar, jemand hat da etwas verbrannt. Leider keine Ersatzdecke oder Ersatzlacken vorhanden.

This was our second time in Istanbul, staying in the Galata area which we would definitely recommend as it’s so well located and easy to navigate the rest of the city from. We mostly walked or took the tram to/from Tophane. The immediate surroundings are lively and there’s a lot to see and do. The flat itself is on the first floor up some stairs but we had a baby and a pram and it was ok for us. The flat is a good size for a couple or family with one baby like us. Everything was clean and in working order. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The only downside was the noise from the other flats. You could hear people walking upstairs and down the corridor and could hear voices from other flats but as we were out most of the time and are good sleepers this did not bother us too much. Would recommend this place for a stay! The host is also very nice and communicative.

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

Herşey çok güzeldi

One of my top AriBnB experiences ever :) the view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was so cozy with all the amenities. Hamdi was a super welcoming and attentive host as well. We felt completely at home and wished we could have stayed longer. (Just be ready to climb some steep hills, or take the bus that leaves from near the ferry port 😉 the view is worth it.)

5 üzerinden 6 yıldız:) Daire çok zevkli döşenmiş, tatlı ayrıntılarla karakterli ve tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyor, evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Balkon ve manzara müthiş. Burcu çok sıcak biri ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Kedi Luna bir lokum:)) Lokasyon çok merkezi o yüzden bayramda doğal olarak biraz sokak gürültüsü vardı ama rahatsız etmedi:) Bir çok kafe restoran ve markete çok yakın, büyük avantaj. Heybeli’nin en iyisi olabilir! Tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum🫶🌸

We had a wonderful stay in Ali’s house. It is clean and well equipped. The location is magnificent, everything is around you. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and the lovely sea view are just within walking distance (5-10 minutes). I certainly would stay in this house again.

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

C’était EXTRAORDINAIRE. Je pense l’un des meilleurs appartements que j’ai loué sur istanbul. La vue imprenable sur les iles . La propreté du lieu, l’accès au metro et aux centre commerciaux très rapides. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement , mehmet a été très réactif très pro et vraiment très gentil. Je reviendrais c’est sur et j’ai hate de revenir . Merci pour tout 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
