Kod Marine smo prenoćili jednu noć, ali odmorili smo se kao da smo bili čitav tjedan. Okruženje je zaista opuštajuće i sadržaj koji smještaj pruža. Privatnost, čista priroda, ugodna kuća. Rado bismo se vratili i ostali duže.

Jättefint och stort boende med privat pool. Allt du behövde fanns på boendet, super smidig in och ut checkning och väldigt trevlig värd! Allt var också rent och rummen var stora och fräscha.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und eine rundum tolle Zeit! Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir herzlich empfangen – mit einer liebevoll angerichteten Platte, die nicht nur toll aussah, sondern auch richtig lecker war. An einem Abend haben unsere Gastgeber sogar für uns gegrillt und uns mit köstlichen Grillplatten verwöhnt – das war ein echtes Highlight! Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht – bis ins kleinste Detail. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Und falls doch mal etwas benötigt wurde, haben die Gastgeber es uns sofort und unkompliziert gebracht. Außerdem gab es tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und wertschätzend – man hat sich einfach rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo alles gut erreichbar ist. Marko ist ein super netter Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, herzlich und immer für eine Empfehlung/einen Tipp zu haben 👍🏻 Die Villa ist gut gepflegt und sauber.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Freunden und wir würden immer wieder in diese wunderschöne Villa kommen! Am besten gefallen hat uns der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Nähe zum Strand. Wir haben unsere Sommerabende sehr auf der Terrasse genossen. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, Zip Lining, Quad fahren, Jetski fahren oder die schönen Städte Omis und Makarska erkunden. Ena unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar, vielen Dank für alles! Einzig die Einfahrt mit dem Auto ist schon sehr eng aber machbar ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Jezero! I stayed here with my family, and we all absolutely loved it. The house was spotless and beautifully furnished with all new furniture. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, fully equipped and very cozy. The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is really charming, and the people are incredibly kind. On our first day, the neighbors even surprised us with a delicious handmade cake, which was such a sweet gesture! The host was sooo friendly and toooo polite. Communication was smooth, and she made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Dieses Haus ist ein Juwel mit Seele – ruhig, lichtdurchflutet, erfüllt von stiller Schönheit. Jeder einzelne Raum ein Traum: hochwertig, harmonisch, mit Gespür und liebevoller Sorgfalt gestaltet. Es empfängt nicht nur, es schenkt ein tiefes Gefühl von Geborgenheit und Ankommen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, stilvoll und mit spürbarer Liebe zum Detail gewählt. Whirlpool und Pool? Luxuriöse Rückzugsorte mit echter Klasse, die Erholung nicht versprechen, sondern möglich machen. Alles wirkt durchdacht, sehr gepflegt und von wohltuender Ruhe getragen. Und Ana und Josip? Gastgeber wie aus einer anderen Welt – herzlich, achtsam, feinfühlig und würdevoll. Ihre Peka, der fangfrische Fisch, der feine Kartoffelsalat, ihr selbstgemachter Wein – lauter Geschenke, die uns sehr tief berührt haben. Auch unsere kleinen Hunde wurden mit offenem Herzen empfangen. Dieser Ort hat uns weit mehr geschenkt als Zeit: Erinnerung, Tiefe, Dankbarkeit. Etwas Bleibendes. Danke – von ganzem Herzen!

We hebben genoten in het huis van Ivana. Heerlijke kamers, fantastisch zwembad en jaccuzzi en een hele mooie tuin met genoeg schaduw plekken om het huis. Ivana en haar man stonden altijd voor ons klaar voor vragen of wat dan ook. Bedankt!

Marina’s place was perfect for our family of four! It was easy to find and communication with the host was quick and effortless. Everything was new and modern and meticulously cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking and the beds were extremely comfortable. The town itself is so cute! We found our way down to several small beaches and enjoyed excellent service at Konoba Porat, the one restaurant that was open. (We were there at the end of May just before the season started). If you have a car, I highly recommend going to Konoba Tadici. It’s a family owned restaurant up in the hills serving traditional Croatian food complete with their own wines and olive oil. Well worth the 15 minute drive. I highly recommend staying at Marina’s place. We will return if we even get the chance. :)

Zeljka was an extremly kind hostess and answered all our questions very fast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this fantastic villa. Everything was fresh and clean and with plenty of things to do. Recommend this to everyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beautiful vacation.

2 families, with 4 adults and 4 children were able to stay here very comfortably. The view was amazing, it was fabulous to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The soccer pitch and mini golf were great for the kids when they took a break from swimming. Only about a 35 minute drive into split. We had a great stay!

The villa is located 15 minutes from Sarajevo on a hill.. The view of the city at sunset and sunrise is one of the most beautiful natural views. The house consists of two floors and a large outdoor courtyard filled with many apple, pear and peach trees in addition to large areas for children to play. The interior of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, open to a lounge with a TV, a dining table and two bathrooms. The first floor has three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms have hot water in addition to the availability of bidets in the toilet. The house is very suitable for families with children and has a lot of privacy. Mr. Asmir was very cooperative with us and always responded to inquiries at any time. You will need car to reach the house always . One more suggestion to add more AC specially in the master room as there are only 2 AC located in the hall area .

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

We had a good time at the villa. It was really comfortable and we had everything that we needed. With the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna you can relax during the day and there is a table tennis too for playing outside. With the car you have 10-15min to omis and around 30min to split. The villa is a bit far from the cities, but the stay was definitely worth it. I recommend hiring a car accordingly.

Me and my partner loved staying here! It really was absolutely beautiful, and everything was just perfect. It was a bit of a struggle to find but Tanya was super responsive and generally very sweet, I definitely recommend coming here!

Die Unterkunft liegt schön ruhig und direkt in der Natur an einem See. Der Ausblick auf den See und der Whirlpool lädt zur Entspannung ein. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Unser Kontakt vor Ort war jederzeit erreichbar. Er fragte auch regelmäßig, ob alles in Ordnung seien oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Alles im allem: sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in Bosnien-Herzegowina sein sollten. 🙂

Отличное место чтобы провести выходные. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. На кухне очень красивые принадлежности. В целом дом красиво оформлен, а на Новый Год было все празднично украшено.
