Beautifully located bright apartment with good ecological indoor climate. Very friendly and helpful host family! Located opposite a beautiful old Gothic village church under old trees. We found the place very relaxing. We would go back there. Very comfortable large bed, the kitchen is well furnished, TV is versatile and fine (with digital connections). Sitting terrace in front of the apartment door on the first floor for warm hours. Well-closing windows, so you don't hear anything from the road traffic in the village. A garden area is gladly left for shared use. Stralsund is actually a quarter of an hour away, Rügen and the Darss as well as Greifswald are easily accessible!

A nice apartment in a quiet location. Everything is new, clean and decorated with attention to detail. Loving decor, parking in front of the door and direct view of the water. A great, large roof terrace with table, chairs and loungers lets you enjoy the sun right outside the door. Away and quiet location, you can explore the Baltic Sea coast from there. Rostock, Warnemünde, Zingst, Prerow, Darß, Ribnitz Damgarten, Stralsund (and also Karl's Strawberry Farm) are easily accessible from there by car. Max and Laura have been friendly, helpful and responsive to us at all times. A nice little break that we are happy to repeat on occasion. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Everything wonderful and very clean and as described. In the middle of the pedestrian zone, but fortunately out the back. 3rd floor, with nice balcony to the backyard. It really had everything you need. The decor was very cozy and the underfloor heating is wonderful. Also the manager on site was very kind. The underground parking is really very tight, but even with a Q4 it worked.

The apartment provided everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two cozy common areas and a wonderful view of the countryside. Günter is a super friendly host who is quick to respond. We were very well looked after.

We received a call on the day of arrival that our booked accommodation was under water. However, we were given completely uncomplicated alternatives to choose from that had a better location and we did not have to pay anything extra for this. That's what I call very good service. The location of the replacement accommodation was great. Right by the sea. Thanks again!

The apartment is practical and nicely furnished. It is very quiet and you have a good starting position for things to do.

Everything worked out well for us and we felt very comfortable. The house is a gem with its thatched roof and other beautiful details. You can quickly walk to the small harbor and also to the beach. A bakery around the corner. The adjoining garden corner with seating is also idyllic. In the kitchen area, additional brighter lighting would be beneficial. And a few more knives. Otherwise, everything is fine. It is also quiet, especially at night. Because the location on the main street is mentioned.... But it doesn't matter, nothing bothered us. Would love to come again.

We immediately felt very comfortable, the apartment is nice and bright and friendly. Ideally located to explore the Baltic Sea area, even a trip to Zingst is straightforward.

We stayed with Felix over New Year's Eve because our dog panics about fireworks/crackers. Since we were told that this would take place on the beach, but in fact it was not, but on the premises itself, this was unfortunately a big problem for us personally (which the landlord is not to blame for). Otherwise, the apartment was equipped with everything necessary (although it would have been nice to find hand soap) and we had a good time there. The beach within walking distance is clean and highly recommended. Felix was available, responded quickly and there was another contact option for questions/problems. Check-in and check-out were convenient and flexible. Thank you!

Very nice, well-furnished apartment, centrally located in the KröpelinerTor-Vorstadt, yet quiet. We felt very comfortable.

Andrea is an exemplary landlady. She gave exact information in advance and was always available for questions. The apartment corresponded to the description and we liked it very much. We were there with a dog. Perfectly located diagonally opposite the very beautiful dog beach. The bike paths and the forest right next door are also great. We had a great vacation and would recommend the accommodation.

We spent a total of 5 days in Nienhagen and every single one of them was worth it. The apartment is very nicely furnished, you immediately feel very comfortable and welcome. In about a 5-minute walk you are on the beach and also here it is breathtakingly beautiful. In general, the area has a lot to offer.

Caroline's apartment was perfect for us. We were two for a short trip to Warnemünde and felt right at home here. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the living room and bedroom are very cozy and the bathroom is clean and modern. The beach, restaurants and cafés are just a few steps away, yet the apartment is quite quiet. We'll be back.

The place matched the description and is set within the grounds of a manor in beautiful surroundings. What you need to be aware of is that there is no living room, but only two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There is also no TV. Since we only needed the apartment to stay overnight, that was OK. Cell phone reception with Telekom was rather poor, but the Wi-Fi worked well. We had suggested to Hartmut to set up bedside lamps. There were only ceiling lights, which were dimmable, but maybe one wants to read and the other sleep.

Cozy apartment just off the Peene We were in Loitz over New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable in Ms. Daus's apartment. The apartment is very lovingly equipped and invites you to linger in winter. There are plenty of novels, DVDs, and information about the area. We thank Ms. Daus for her warmth, her useful tips and her super tasty places :-)

Comfortable and perfect for relaxing! The proximity to the beautiful city of Stralsund and nature was great, we were able to do exactly what we wanted at the property: relax. Thank you for the wonderful time! Recommended: the circular hiking trail in the nature reserve on the Devin Peninsula.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment met exactly our taste and there was everything we needed during the week. For us as a family of 4, it was the perfect place to vacation on the Baltic Sea: shopping right next door, Italian right around the corner and the beach is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable with Laura. The apartment corresponded to us very much with five adults and two infants. The location is great, parking difficult to find for it, but that can't be changed. The small garden in the middle of the city was great. In terms of amenities, everything you need in a week was there. Especially about the dishwasher and washing machine, we were also very happy. Absolutely clean, tastefully furnished. Everything is great and great value for money. We would recommend the apartment to anyone and would love to come back. Thank you! ❤️

Pia's apartment in Dierhagen Strand leaves nothing to be desired. Ground floor, everything clean, high-quality furnishings, everything works, a large filter coffee machine, even an electric milk frother, enough (high-quality) pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, etc. Great large and stylishly furnished bathroom. At the rear, a terrace with furniture. In front of the house, there is a (marked) parking space, a shed with good three-speed bicycles that served us well. Only about 200 m to the beach (down the road, over the dune and directly to beach section 14). Tips: around the corner, there is a great fish restaurant "Fisch an Land". You can get to the Darss Lighthouse and other day destinations by bike. Our highlights: day trip by boat from Zingst to Hiddensee (the long crossing was worth it) and the old towns of Wismar and Stralsund.

We had a nice short break at Annett's. The apartment was beautiful and designed with love. The beach and EKZ were within walking distance. We will certainly come back again. Thank you!
