What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as incredible as the first, if not better. Attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

The experience was surreal, the view of the spread and all the comfort it offers is impressive, we don't need sunny days to enjoy the accommodation a lot! Very well located apartment with a market nearby, very well equipped with kitchen utensils, all of which makes the visual experience even more impressive! Worthy of a movie! The attendant Samara was spectacular, kind and efficient at all times! He provided us with incredible service! By far one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had!

The accommodation is unique. The condominium is very well located, with a good leisure structure. The apartment is impeccable. I consider the building one of the best options in the Gonzaga Neighborhood and the unit one of the best options in the building, considering that I have stayed in other apartments in the condominium.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and super clean. The location in Santos is great, close to everything we need. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

Simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable — extremely clean, well decorated and with everything working perfectly. The facilities are great, with a well-equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and air-conditioned rooms. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view of the sea! Apartment with spectacular location. Breakfast served on weekends (paid separately) is sufficient and very pleasant. Condominium with a great leisure area, swimming pools with water at a pleasant temperature, attentive staff. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, I would return again with peace of mind.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

I stayed 1 week and didn't take my car out of the garage, I did absolutely everything on foot, and I found the location very safe too. Even more so because I was alone. Noble point of Santos. I'll be back for sure!

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Great stay, everything was clean and organized. The air conditioning saved us, because it was really hot. The host was very nice, gave the necessary support and tips on beaches and places to go. Very close to the beach, about 2 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and there is a market downstairs, which makes it easier if you need anything! Everything excellent!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

The house is great. The village has completely met our expectations. Even in the cold we enjoyed the sauna, heated pool and barbecue area. All very pleasant. Renata is very good at communicating and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I recommend it for those who want pleasant moments with the family.

Simply fantastic accommodation of Mr. Gustavo, inside the condominium that brought us a lot of security and tranquility, very airy and large house, very nice pool, excellent barbecue space, stove inside and outside the house and a large table for meals outside the house, 2.5 km from the most beautiful beach in Guarujá (Ilha do Mar casado). I highly recommend it.
