Kingfisher Cabin

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. De cabin ligt geheel privé met een eigen ruime tuin (1200 m2). Om af te koelen tijdens de zomerdagen, kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van ons gedeelde zwembad met terras en prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp Saint-Saulge ligt op 1,5 km met een supermarkt, bakker en café.

Apartment in the countryside

C'est au rendez de chaussée du château de Mimont à flan de mont que nous vous proposons un appartement original ( entrée indépendante) par sa vue exceptionnelle, le tout dans un parc arboré avec de rares essences et une forêt de plusieurs hectares. Le logement est fonctionnel, tout équipé, idéal pour un week-end au vert ou encore un endroit sympa qui change de l'hôtel pour travailler randonnée, tennis, ping-pong, natation ( attention piscines fermées: septembre à avril non chauffée)

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

the Guittons gîte

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

Studio among horses

Studio, equipped with micro kitchenette, but not able to cook yourself. The site does not distinguish on the criteria "Animals Accepted ", it says "no", but ask me, the answer is on a case by case basis! For experienced riders, we also offer horseback rides to discover the surroundings. You can also bring your horse. Don't hesitate to contact us for any inquiries, we will be happy to host you!

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Small house near Morvan

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
