About the Host: as soon as I made the reservation I understood why Miss Andréa is rated as a Super Host. Impeccable kindness, education and proactivity. She spares no effort to ensure guests have a 5-star stay. About the house: it perfectly served our purpose. It is equipped (kitchen, bed, table and bath) with all the necessary items for a short and/or long stay. In addition to having several heaters available, the main faucets (toilet sink and kitchen) are thermal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Total privacy. Perfect cleanliness and organization. I highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure.

The accommodation was great. We were greeted by Filipe's parents, with fresh orange cake and a welcome note. Good location for getting to know the Siderópolis region and nearby cities. We went as 3 couples, friends, and the very cozy house met all our needs. Filipe always responded to questions quickly. We even fish in a pond on the land. Great fun. Although we had a full day of rain, we were able to enjoy the day by having a barbecue in the leisure area. We will definitely be back!

The house is impeccable! Spacious, practical, clean and very well equipped. Wonderful living room and living area. Everything was very clean, we were very well taken care of and we had no problems with the house and stay. I highly recommend it! The only point of attention is the location depending on the purpose of the trip. I would go back a thousand times to enjoy the house with family and friends, rest and stay there. If the goal is to get to know the region (São Joaquim, Urubici, etc.) it is tiring, because the house is 20km of dirt road from the main asphalt. Going to Urubici was 1.5h by car. But as I said, it depends on the purpose of the trip! Enjoy the landscape and rest, the house is perfect!

Great stay! Gilson and his wife are very friendly and helpful! The village received us with food, pinion and we tasted the delicious honey of our own production. The place and the house are beautiful, my family and I had a wonderful weekend to relax.

We had a wonderful experience at the Anoitecer chalet. The cottage is exactly as in the photos, cozy, functional and with a breathtaking view. The chalet has hot water in all faucets, fragrant and super comfortable bedding and blankets, and extra towels. Very well-equipped kitchen with everything we need, including all the items for fondue, all in excellent condition. We were very well received by Jessica, who made herself available for everything we needed. The energy of the place is incredible, we will definitely be back!

I booked Vânia's accommodation to give a gift to a couple of friends. This couple is used to good things, sophisticated places, etc. And, in their words, not even in Italy have they stayed in an Airbnb as good as Vânia's!

Surreal! The cabin is very comfortable and elegant, and has a beautiful view. A place for those who want peace and to enjoy an environment in the midst of nature, not to mention that you are close to the region's tourist spots, wineries near the city of São Joaquim and the hills of Urubici. And, as a bonus, if you want to take a trip to the Serra do Rio do Rastro, it's super cool. The hosts Priscila and Josué are so attentive and humble that they make you feel at home, not to mention that they care about your entire journey to the cabin. Priscila is quick to respond to requests and is always willing. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

The Serrano ranch is an excellent option for those looking to spend quiet days. A secluded chalet, with private space and immersive contact with nature and the fresh air of the Serra. It is brand new, very well decorated and equipped with utensils, bowls and crockery in the right measure, we did not miss anything, and the cleaning was impeccable. It has warm blankets and a hot tub that allows a beautiful view of trees and mountains. The outdoor area is spacious, with a fire pit that, unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy, but it is beautiful. The few meters of dirt road are well structured, allowing easy access to the site. The owners are very attentive and helpful, ready to answer questions and recommend attractions in the area, with a record response time. In addition, you can see all their affection for the project in every detail they leave there. The days in the cottage were excellent. We recommend the site!

Great place!

We really liked the place, a place of great peace, more remote for those who want a quiet and cozy place, which was our case. The location is far from the center, with the nearest market approximately 30 minutes away. To get there, there is a stretch of dirt road, so if it's a rainy week, be prepared to get some mud on the car. This was not a problem for us and when we got there we came across a very beautiful place, with a beautiful landscape and a very cozy cabin. We had minor setbacks, but all were promptly resolved by Sandro, who is a highlight in how attentive he was to us. He did everything possible to make us feel at ease, which made our stay very good.
