Fin och snabb service av Daniela som var behjälplig med det vi behövde. Extra stor tacksamhet för vaktmästaren Nazareno som passade upp på oss varje dag och med sin varma personlighet berättade om slottet och området. Han var dessutom så himla gullig mot våra barn och visade dem trick som hans disciplinerade hund utförde. Dock väldigt kallt i poolen, det blev en liten utmaning för våra barn. Om ni söker ett privat lugn utan ett enda ljud från civilisation och en otrolig utsikt så är detta stället för er!

토스카나 지역 중 남단에 위치해있어 피렌체에서 거리가 멀어 처음에는 좀 망설였으나 숙소사진을 보니 시설이 너무 좋아서 예약을 하였다. 도착하니 상주직원이 친절하게 체크인을 도와주고 설명해주었다. 주차장도 따로 있고 계절이 일러 수영은 못했지만 훌륭한 야외 수영장도 있었다. 객실 문을 여는 순간 펼쳐진 토스카나의 아름다운 풍경에 우리는 감탄을연발하였다. 끼안티 와인이 웰컴드링크로 준비되어 있었고 모든 시설은 너무 훌륭하고 두 커플이 쓰기에 완벽하였다. 저녁에는 근처에 있는 미쉘린 two star레스토랑인 Castello di Fighine Rostorante 에 갔다. 깜깜한 비포장 산길로 15분쯤 가서 언덕 위에 있는 성에 레스토랑이 있었다. 과연 미쉘린 레스토랑답게 음식과 서비스는 너무 훌륭하였다. 결론적으로 이 숙소에 하루 밖에 못 머문 것이 너무 아쉬웠으며 다음에 와서 꼭 여유롭게 머물고 싶었다.

Il cottage, pur distando solo un chilometro dal centro del paese è immerso nella natura e circondato da prati e alberi di ciliegio. Perfetto per chi ama il silenzio e il cinguettio degli uccelli. Particolare menzione per la simpaticissima Sara, sempre disponibile a risolvere eventuali inconvenienti. L'unico problema è rappresentato dal freddo che si potrebbe patire nei mesi invernali, nonostante la presenza di un camino e una stufetta elettrica in camera da letto. Da migliorare il drenaggio della doccia.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Un posto meraviglioso, isolato, perfetto per chi vuole stare tranquillo. Il giardino difronte all'abitazione dotato di lettini, di un pergolato con sedie e tavoli una meraviglia con vista diretta sul lago. Mangiare all'aperto durante il tramonto sul lago di Bolsena è stato stupendo. Un posto che consiglio a tutte le coppie che vogliono avere un po di privacy. Non molto adatto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Posizione strategica per visitare Viterbo, Orvieto e tutte le bellezze dei dintorni. Gentilissimi i gestori che hanno risposto subito a qualsiasi nostra domanda e richiesta. Grazie mille a Luciana e Vittoria. Un posto dove ritorneremmo volentieri.

Peace and quiet and a lovely view away from the crowds, with the opportunity to do some beautiful walks. And some delicious olive oil! Zena was very helpful, and her garden is spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Casale di Fiore!

La casa affaccia su una vallata bellissima, a strapiombo sulle rupi e sulle mura di Amelia. Le rondini sfrecciano vicino alla finestra...una vista meravigliosa. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Marco è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci info su tutto quanto poteva esserci utile. Ad Amelia siamo stati trattati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti " coccolati ". Abbiamo anche avuto dal Comune molte informazioni utili su come trascorrere al meglio il nostro soggiorno , comprese indicazioni sui più bei siti da visitare , sia a livello naturalistico che culturale

Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle est au petit soin avec les locataires. L’appartement est magnifique et bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est a coupé le souffle. L’endroit se trouve en pleine campagne proche des bois. Mon compagnon et moi-même adorons nous mettre sur la terrasse pour écouter le bruit des animaux en soirée. C’était un séjour de 10 jours fabuleux. ☺️

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Sohn fand die Tiere (Katzen, Hühner, Truthahn, Hasen, Hunde) besonders spannend und wir durften sogar die Hundewelpen streicheln. Auch die Schaukel und Rutschen waren super für ihn. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr umfangreich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir konnten sogar unsere Wäsche waschen.

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for such a lovely stay that we will never forget, Roberto! Wish you all the best.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

Estancia agradable. No tiene cocina con lo que dependes de la restauración del lugar y limita para estancias largas. Nosotros nos quedamos una noche así que perfecto

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte , complesso molto ordinato e pulito immerso nella natura una vera oasi di relax . Unica cosa che consiglierei per rendere ancora più impeccabile il soggiorno una bottiglia di acqua nel caso gli ospiti arrivassero come noi in tardo pomeriggio fa sempre comodo.

je recommande ce logement, très calme tout en étant près de la ville 3 chambres 3 salle de bain . logement très propres et les hôtes attentionnés. Nous avons apprécié tout pour le petit déjeuner, pastille lave vaisselle, huile vinaigre sel....
