The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

On a peninsula in Helgasee/Småland, with large fish stocks, forests, diverse wildlife, we have 3 idyllically located houses for rent: the guest house (6 per.), the Brygghus (8 per.), both with lake view, and the lake house (2 per.) directly on the lake. Details in the respective listings (Gutshof Skälsnäs). A boat with 4.5 hp motor is for rent for €50/day. If more boats are required, we work with a boat rental. 1-2 dogs are, by arrangement, welcome, each €12/day.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
