Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Ein große Insel mitten im Bolmensee, Bolsmö. In der Nordspitze eine Nachbarschaft, Håringe. Auf der Anhöhe eine typische schwedische Stuga. Mit Blick von der Terrasse auf den 200 Meter entfernten See. Das Licht des Sonnenaufganges durch die großen Wohnzimmerfenster. Der offene Wohn- und Essbereich ist das Zentrum zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Stuga ist so eingerichtet, dass meine Familie und ich immer wieder gerne da sind. Man braucht länger um irgendwo zu sein, aber warum möchte man das?

Och vill ni promenera ner till sjön är det ca 700 meter. Har ni elbil, vi har elbilladdare vid huset!
