The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

Prefer location if you are taking the metro. Access to everything we needed on line 7. Place was beautiful, made us feel like we were local Parisians! Loved our stay

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping center, you can see the iron tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as described very clean and felt comfortable for 4 people. Area was very safe and super close to the metro that takes you into central. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

Very welcoming and very friendly couple. They are friendly and relaxed, everything you need to feel at ease. Beautiful, very warm property. The layout and furnishings are beautifully thought out, everything is impeccable and in very good taste! Unfortunately, I did not have time to visit the surroundings, but Conflans-Saint-Honorine seems to be a very beautiful town where the necessary is not far from the residence. Very nice experience. We had a great weekend. The accommodation is pleasant, bright and very quiet (special mention to the birdsong🐦‍⬛). In addition to the very nice decor, it is necessary to emphasize the extreme cleanliness of the place (and God knows that my wife is demanding😅). The bathroom is modern, the hot water tank has a small autonomy but you have to think about the planet 🌍 One small tip to further optimize this incredible accommodation, a blind on the front door would offer more privacy and reduce light in the morning☀️. Laura and Thibault were very pleasant and responsive, we will be happy to come back🤩

This place was beautiful, with enormous quiet garden and a large swimming pool. The house is located on the same property as the main house with the host. Hence, it was very easy to communicate.

Beautiful large character house with 2 lounges, excellent kitchen, modern bathrooms. Great garden with views across the valley. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Great for our big family. Too bad there's not a bathroom in the living area: you have to go to a bedroom. Also, it's a 20min drive to go shopping. We went beginning October and it rained practically every day.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really nice. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

We recently stayed in Antoine’s apartment for a wedding in Rambouillet and we would highly recommend! He was a friendly, incredibly helpful & responsive host and we had no issues whatsoever from check-in to check-out. The apartment is well located in a quiet & private area, walkable to the town centre and train station with frequent services into Paris. An overall delightful experience and we would not hesitate to visit again in future!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
