Sehr tolle Lage, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die diversen Strände, Buchten und Orte in der Umgebung. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz und je Schlafzimmer eine eigene Klimaanlage. Im Außenbereich könnte sie vielleicht mal einen kleinen Refresh und etwas mehr Liebe bei den Terrassendielen benötigen.

Täydellinen majapaikka 6-8 hengelle, omat makuuhuoneet (yksi vuodesohva mutta oma huone). Talo erittäin siisti ja kaikin puolin mukava, toimiva ilmastointi ja iso piha uima-altaineen.

Gökyar ailesi olarak evimizdeki kadar konforlu ve rahat konakladık.Ev temiz ve keyifli idi.Havuzu muhteşemdi.Şerife hanım çok ilgiliydi.Sempt güzel ve huzurluydu.Her arkadaşıma gönül rahatlığıyla öneririm.Seneye tekrar konaklamayı iple çekiyoruz.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Beds extremely comfy. Pool was great and jacuzzi was a bonus feature. Made the most of the BBQ. Had no expectations of the villa matching the photos, and yes there’s some general wear and tear but it’s a rental and so its to be expected, but still we weren’t at all disappointed! House is gorgeous. Would definitely rent again.

The house is very much like the pictures show. The swimming pool with the view of the sea is amazing. The house is less than 10 minutes on foot from the beautiful Fig Tree beach. It is a similar distance from the main street with the restaurants and shopping. The swimming pool was clean. it was cleaned twice during our one-week stay. The host provided towels for the pool (as well as for the bathrooms). We really enjoyed our stay and we are thinking of coming back next year.

Wir waren als Freundinnen für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus und den Garten sehr genossen.

Really nice villa away from the hustle and bustle but within good driving distance of restaurants and beaches around the Ayia Napa area. Highly recommend staying here, the overall villa is well set up and has a large pool, sauna and steam room which makes the stay very comfortable. Vasos throughout and leading up to check in was very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of places to go that suited our needs and wants.

The place was very nice lots of space and great tv chill, it’s in a nice quiet gated community. Short drive to all the main attractions. The host was very friendly and communicative which made it just an overall pleasant experience.

Great place to stay, it was quiet as we didn’t realise everything is closed for the season, but it was a working trip anyways. The host was always responsive and pleasant to speak to, very helpful and sorted out the cab from airport. Will visit again.

Perfect villa nice quite area close to the main area for restaurants and bars, beach at one end of the road and decent supermarket the other end all within a 1 min walk

The villa was very nice and just as described. Very clean with a nice pool and lots of space for activities in the back yard. George, the host, was very friendly and helpful and always responded within a reasonable amount of time if needed. My friends and I enjoyed our stay tremendously and would come back any time.

Possibly the cleanest, Villa we’ve stayed in so far. It was spotless. My family and I stayed for 19 days and it was very comfortable, full of everything we needed. Ilya was very responsive & extremely helpful. All our requests were immediately fulfilled. I would highly recommend, the location is also great.

Die Villa war sehr schön. Von der Lager her perfekt da man nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zu den ganzen Restaurants, Bas und zum Meer lief. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Hatten Anfangs Schwierigkeiten mit dem Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Aber da wir die ersten Besucher in diesem Jahr waren wurde der Pool erst gefüllt und war daher noch kalt. Doch 1,5 Tage später konnten wir dann in das 35 Grad Ware Wasser Steigen. Die Poolreiniger kamen alle zwei Tage um den großen Pool zu reinigen und die Gärtner kamen uns auch besuchen und machen den Garten schön. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub.

I recently stayed here in Northern Cyprus and was very pleased with my experience. The house was very spacious, extremely clean, and matched the description perfectly. The view was beautiful, and the pool was spotless. Although the location wasn't exactly in Girne/Kyrenia, it was relatively close. Having a car was necessary to explore the beautiful spots in Cyprus. The host personally greeted us in a very friendly and welcoming manner, which added to our pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Anlayışlı, çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Ev tertemizdi, ev ile ilgili verilen bütün bilgiler ve resimler doğru ama resimler arkadanızda dağ havası, önünüzde deniz manzarasının güzelliğini göstermeye yetmiyor. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Farina was a great host. She was very helpful before we got to the villa as she helped us with arranging transfers and a discounted car hire. Entering the villa was simple and she had clear laminated instructions on the front table to help us with WiFi and other helpful info. She had also got the villa manager Binya to buy us the essential such as milk, eggs bread and butter with was a really nice touch! Overall the villa is an outstanding location. it's the closest villa to the seafront and view is absolutely gorgeous. We travelled with children and felt right at home. You definitely need a car as the area like most on the north will require traveling. Local supermarket Sengun only a few minutes drive. Many nice places close to the villa to eat too. Pool was a fairly large sized and regularly cleaned by a specialist pool cleaning company. We would return if we were to travel to Northern Cyprus. Thank you Farina

Quiet and friendly location, walkable to the harbour but enough distance to enjoy the peace. Large and smart house with everything you need. Stayed here to compete in the Oceanman sea swim as a family. Recommend both the competition and the accommodation!

Really lovely place with one of the best outside spaces we have stayed at. Quiet neighbourhood with friendly people and easy parking also safe and secure. The house is very well equipped, we ate in alot and it had everything we needed. Polis is a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We will return and recommend. Spedziłam spokojny tydzień z całą rodziną. Dom jest bardzo funkcjonalny i nowoczesny. Świetnie zlokalizowany blisko najpiękniejszych plaż. Charis jest bardzo miły i komunikatywny. Napewno wrócimy tu jeszcze.
