La casa es muy bonita, y se encuentra justo entre la vegetación, con gran vista a la selva de un lado y la costa por el frente. Es pequeña, aunque adecuada para dos personas. El inodoro está ubicado justo contra la cama, por lo que no hay mucha privacidad a la hora de hacer uso del mismo

Like every other review this place is incredible. We didn’t want to leave! Our tips would be - take more cash than you think you’ll need and a little more food than you think you’ll need. 😆 we ate at the restaurant one evening which was lovely and their chef is amazing but otherwise it was easy to fend for ourselves in the incredible setting. Touring the community is amazing (take your bug spray!) and the other outings were equally as memorable. We also toured the cacao farm in Dolphin Bay which was great! We were there with our twin boys who are 7 and not a moment of boredom! The house kitty was adorable and the boys named her Tinta (Valimir said she didn’t have a name yet so was happy she got one 😆) The boys are ready to go back!

It is a beautiful home for a big family to stay in, and it is easy to move around the island from the location. It is a secured area with private parking. We had a grate time.

Escogí La Caribeña entre tantas opciones porque me llamó la atención el deck , las habitaciones y el poder tener salida al mar desde este espacio. Puedo asegurar que no me equivoqué. ¡Qué lugar tan maravilloso! Es un paraíso sobre el mar. Joy y Edu hacen un gran trabajo como anfitriones, están pendientes de todas tus posibles necesidades, siempre te brindan recomendaciones, y por si fuera poco tienen un restaurante hermosísimo a una distancia caminable desde el hospedaje. Son unos anfitriones tan atentos que hasta te obsequian shots de cortesía en su restaurante Ohana, fui todos los días porque la comida era bastante adictiva. Este hospedaje lo tiene todo! Usé los kayaks que se alquilan en el hospedaje y pude recorrer los alrededores de la isla. Finalmente, una lancha me recogió en el deck gracias a la gestión de Joy, quién organizó un tour para mí. Experiencia 10/10 Volvería mil veces ☺️

Hermosas las cabañas, limpias, la ubicación es alejada del centro pero en mi opinión fue mucho mas linda la zona. Son de fácil acceso. Volveria!

Our stay at casa Caracola was simply exceptional. It is a spacious, luxurious and perfect for two families. From the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable that we hardly needed to go anywhere. We spent our days enjoying the beautiful garden and swimming pool, where we had the privilege of seeing toucans, monkeys, and a variety of wild birds. Waking up each morning to the sound of birds singing was an incredible experience. The host, Ricardo, was outstanding. He helped us arrange everything, from private chefs who prepared spectacular meals at the house to booking tours and surf and diving lessons. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made our stay even more special. We also want to highlight Nely, who took care of keeping the house spotless throughout our stay. It was a pleasure to have her help in maintaining everything clean and organized. We will definitely be back. A perfect place for an unforgettable getaway! Thanks Gigi

The Jungle House at Playa Bluff was a great getaway destination for our 2 families, with 4 adults and 6 children, ages 4-11. The pool was great and the sleeping arrangements worked well for us. There is a decent kitchen, but we mostly ate at nearby restaurants or on our daily adventures. The house is about a 25 min taxi ride from the main town and the road can get soupy, but any of the truck taxis can easily get to the house. The beach is stunning, although not great for swimming with rip tides and currents. The host was super responsive to all questions and I would highly recommend this house. We even saw sloths and monkeys right around the house.

Staying at this jungle treehouse was an unforgettable experience for us. The location is absolutely stunning — waking up to the sounds of nature and being surrounded by lush greenery felt like a dream. The common area was super cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was amazing, always available and full of fantastic recommendations that made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature, this is it.

We stayed on Isla Colón in Bocas del Toro in a lovely wooden cabin we booked through Airbnb, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The accommodation had everything we needed: peace, comfort, and a beautiful natural setting. One of the highlights was the private plunge pool — perfect for cooling off after a warm day of exploring. The outdoor kitchen was a great touch, allowing us to cook and dine surrounded by nature. Everything was well-maintained, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was quiet and lush, ideal for relaxing, yet still conveniently located for getting around the island. All in all, a unique and peaceful place we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bocas del Toro.

This airbnb has been one of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed in. First of all, the location is pretty great, not too far from town but also far enough to feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. Less than 2 minutes from the ocean as well. We saw so many monkeys from the balcony during our stay, it was so cool! Secondly, its extremely well equipped. We had all sorts of kitchen appliances, and utensils we never even knew we needed. We had tons of beach towels, snorkel gear, big TVs, desk setting, smart toilet, reclining beds, great wifi. Lastly the hosts were extremely communicative, and super helpful with everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Punta Rica Lodge was unforgettable. I celebrated my 40th birthday there with my fiancé and 10 friends, and all 12 of us were beyond comfortable for 4 nights. The views, the rooms, the pool; everything was stunning. Daniel, Brian, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every meal was fresh and delicious, and Brian's cocktails were a hit, especially while lounging by the pool. They helped us arrange a reliable water taxi for daily adventures, but honestly, just relaxing at the lodge was a highlight in itself. The entire experience felt effortless, personalized, and luxurious. If you're looking to disconnect and soak up the best of island life in Panama, this is your spot. We’re already talking about our return trip. Huge thanks to the Punta Rica team for making the weekend truly special.

Fue una estancia increíble, ojalá habernos quedado más. Fue muy divertido estar en un barco y teníamos todas las comodidades. Lo recomendaría sin duda!

La casa de Sylwia es fantástica, la ubicación es increíble, en una isla muy tranquila y con vecinos muy simpáticos y amables. La terraza con vistas al mar es un sueño. Hay que tener en cuenta que tanto para para ir como para salir es imprescindible tomas un water taxi y que en la propia isla los servicios son escasos. Un lugar ideal para desconectar y relajarse. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente en todo momento.

La ubicación es inmejorable, todo quedaba sumamente cerca: restaurantes, supermercados… Además, el alojamiento ofrece mucha privacidad, ya que cada habitación cuenta con su propio baño y una pequeña cocineta, lo cual fue súper conveniente. También el alojamiento tiene una cocina compartida bastante completa para el uso de todos los huéspedes. La atención de Lillian fue excelente. Siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. ¡Nos hizo sentir súper bienvenidos y consentidos! Como recomendación, es importante tomar en cuenta que el hospedaje es ideal para un grupo de máximo 12 personas, para asegurar la comodidad de todos. Nosotros éramos 13 y, aunque gentilmente nos ayudaron ofreciéndonos un sofá cama con costo adicional, no resultó tan cómodo como las camas principales. Uno de los días tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el servicio de agua, pero fue un tema general en la isla y no algo propio del alojamiento. Definitivamente, si regresamos a Bocas, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

El lugar superó nuestras expectativas. El resort está ubicado en un área de la isla privilegiada (ambiente tranquilo, fresco, alejado del bullicio, cerca de la playa). La habitación tiene todo para sentirse muy a gusto. Tiene una tienda de conveniencia donde puedes comprar lo qué necesites. Karen y su staff fueron todos muy amigables y atentos. El resort es pet friendly y la pasamos genial con nuestro perrito corriendo por los hermosos jardines “Imposible haber encontrado un lugar mejor para nuestras vacaciones y sin duda volveremos”

We loved this apartment at Palmar. We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the thoughtful amenities, including a kitchen which we used quite a bit. Note that the resort is in a remote place, so you need to bring anything you want to cook in with you. And the restaurant on the property was also great and able to deliver to the apartment, which was nice. We traveled with two kids ages 9 and 12 - I wouldn’t recommend taking kids younger than 8, or people who have trouble with lots of hiking or stairs (the apartment is on a second floor and requires a 10 minute walk from the dock to the reception).

Merveilleux séjour! La chambre flottante est une expérience à vivre. Endroit calme, intime et une nature magnifique. Les installations sont construites et décorées avec goût et souci du détail. On peut voir des paresseux à quelques coups de rames de l'hébergement. Les hôtes, Sylvie et Olivier, sont vraiment sympathiques! Je recommande chaudement cet hébergement!

Clodine was absolutely wonderful and a great host. Helped us with everything we needed. Her place is like a Bohemian oasis full of art and trinkets. She is free spiritied and it shows in the place. Don't stay here expecting the 4 Seasons. It is a well located place right on the water. The added breakfast service was great. Staying here helped us to understand how people here live in unison with the land. We saw how wasteful we are here in America. It was a great experience. Clodin gets an A!

You are about a 15 minute taxi ride from town - $6-$10 (try to haggle the price) Ohanas has good food - and you can walk there just minutes from the house. Best part is you can walk up the road make a left and walk about 5 minutes to some very private areas for the beach. Host was very helpful and cares about your stay. Beds are comfortable and the place was perfect considering you wont spend much time home when there is so much to do. I recommend Bocas eBikes - rent em and have fun 😀 I dont recommend any of the boat tours - if you want to go to an island - go private - get a water taxi and go yourself … way better than the tours.
