Booked Mike's place after leaving another location. Mike let me check in early. He responded very quickly to all inquiries I had. The building is secure and the security speak a little English. It's close to McDonald's and across from pricemart supermarket

Me encantó el lugar muy bella decoración muy bien equipado la única queja que tengo es que estaba un poco sucio estaba muy polvoriento y el piso no lo habían como trapeado porque estaba manchado de sucio y cuando uno alquila un lugar para quedarse unos días uno quiere llegar a un espacio limpio sólo esa queja pero lo demás está perfecto Muy lindo apartamento también las mesas del balcón estaba muy sucia el balcón también son detalles que deberían tomar en cuenta que aunque sean pequeños si importan

This is my second stay here, and it was just as good as before. The home's clean, spacious, safe and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Jorge and his co-host Wilma are very friendly, polite, and quick to respond to any questions. They clearly care about making their guests feel welcome. if you're not sure how to work the modern tankless hot water system, don't assume it's broken. Just ask the hosts—they'll gladly explain to you how it works. They're always patient and eager to help guests with anything you don't understand and that's a plus. I 'm happy I chose this home again. Close to El Conde, The Malecon, restaurants and stores, The building is private and safe and you get real latin culture here in this neighborhood. I 100% recommend this home to other travelers and plan to stay here again in the future. 5 stars across the board.

Beautiful place with a great view of the city and the ocean. The pool is amazing and has a great energy.

¡Un apartamento genial! Nos alojamos allí dos semanas y enseguida nos sentimos como en casa. Nos gustó especialmente la cocina, que está súper bien equipada y permite cocinar de verdad. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado para el día a día, la decoración es elegante y la ubicación es fantástica. El unico problema fue la cama, que nos hubiera gustado que fuera más cómoda. Por lo demás, ¡recomiendo este alojamiento y sin duda volveremos!

I felt right at home and very safe

Home away from home. Wish I could take the apartment with me on my future trips. Kitchen is a little hot. I ate in the bedroom after cooking. Wifi dropped several times but was fixed in hours after reporting it. AC is cold. Didn't have a washer and dryer available, stated it was an error in the ad. Arrangement was made to have their housekeeper wash my clothes once a week because of the error. Plenty of clean towels. My main complaint was that I was promised on 2 occasions numbers for trusted taxis to take me out at night. Still waiting. Never ventured out except for Super Market and walking a few blocks because of that. Very very close to McDonald's, Caribe Express for sending and receiving money, and foreign currency exchange. Also very close to APTPRA bus station to take you to Higuey. Overall I felt safe and comfortable in the apartment.
