The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

House in Køge

3 km south of Køge city center, this lovely annex is located in a quiet and rural setting. The annex is independent, with its own driveway, parking spaces, and a small courtyard. The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge Golf Club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby cot(s) can be provided for an additional fee of DKK 125.

Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and entrance hall. Small separate garden with a covered terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2. Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Large south-facing wooden terrace in a lovely enclosed garden, on 800 m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens Klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.

New and stylish

Close to beach 200 meters and smaller forest 700 meters, 1000 meters to S-train and 2000 meters to highway, most of Zealand can be reached within 1 hour by car, 25-30 minutes to City Hall Square. Possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. If you want check-in/check-out changed, this can be arranged.
