This place is so sweet and the little yard is great. The kitchen is beautiful. We enjoyed being in this sweet neighborhood spot.

Last minute trip to Missoula and Brian made our stay wonderful! Beautiful home, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and fenced back yard! It was perfect!

Our group was traveling to attend two weddings in Missoula and we needed a great, walkable location for our weekend adventures. Janna's place was the perfect spot to reconnect with our group. The space was divided beautifully into some great (kid friendly) bedrooms and play areas. The neighborhood is lovely! Janna communicated with us so well and in such short order. Love this spot - thank you, Janna!

We had never been to Missoula before and stayed here overnight while in the midst of a cross country move. What a lovely town & neighborhood! Very funky, pretty house with every amenity you could want. Our dog loved chasing squirrels in the fenced in backyard - and there were even some fun toys for him to discover. Definitely had both character and comfort, and though it was quite chilly outside, we were cozy and comfy inside. I recommend this place highly.

This place was super cute with clear instructions and good recommendations. The location was great and super walkable. Overall a great time!

Beautiful house, wonderfully preserved. Great neighborhood. Great extras like a Sonos speaker for Great tunes! And fun artwork in every corner. Everything we needed. Perfect for a long weekend with our kids and their partners. We played games for hours in the breakfast nook. Thanks!

My husband and I have stayed in many guest rentals over the years visiting family or taking trips with our dogs. I think this one may have been our favorite. The house was so cute and clean, plus fully stocked with everything we needed. Many rentals will understandably just include the bare minimum of supplies for guests, but here we had more than enough toiletries, kitchen items, dog supplies, bedding, cleaning products, and too many more perks to list. The yard was nicely taken care of, fully fenced and perfect for a dog including a dog door. We hosted multiple dinners for our local family including grilling outside and everyone loved the place. My husband had to work some of the days and the extra bedroom/office area with desk was ideal for him. Ali was also very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Plus the cleaning requirements at check out were not unreasonable. Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay! The apartment was nicely decorated and quiet. Everything was clean and ready to go! Thanks to Lindsey for creating such a nice experience!

This was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The guest house was brand new, super clean, and had such a peaceful, private vibe. You could feel the love and care that went into creating the space—it felt like a hug the moment I walked in! The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating with everything I needed during my stay—and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier 👌🏼 The view and yard were stunning—even better than the pictures, which don’t fully capture the feeling of being there. The fenced yard was heaven for my pup--and we loved the evening walks visiting the neighborhood cows and horses, with the sunset glowing behind the mountains. I hope I can come back someday! I’m so grateful for my stay :)

A nice space next to a creek that is pet friendly and made for a small weekend getaway in lieu of camping. Ryan is very responsive and helpful!

Just what we needed! Very cozy inside and was nice and quiet for a goods night rest. It’s always tougher traveling with dogs but the fenced yard made it easier. We were later than originally planned for check in and Heidi helped us over the phone check in and find everything.

such a cozy and beautiful place. the yard around the grill area is so beautiful and the view is to die for !!!! so quiet and cozy. the cabin is very clean. beds are comfortable and good pillows.

Maribeth was an excellent host. She is friendly, considerate, gracious, and knowledgeable about the area. Her place is quite and peaceful. She has everything you need to enjoy time inside and out.

10/10 would stay here again. We enjoyed the privacy and farm atmosphere around our cabin. Lots to do in the area, and only 10 minutes to downtown Hamilton. The front porch made for nice morning coffee and evening drinks :)

Karen is a wonderful host! We loved staying in her beautiful home. We were met with a basket including delicious local coffee, wonderful chocolate and Pepperidge farm cookies. We arrived on a Thursday for the State Baseball Tournament and parked our cars for the 3 days we were in Hamilton. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go! We loved our stay in Karen's home and our Golden Retriever felt right at home. We loved that Karen is so accommodating of fur babies!

Pauline was an excellent host! We had a great time at the Barndo. Updated pictures could be helpful. The kids loved the games and the hot tub. A larger fridge upstairs would be awesome because that kitchen was my favorite. Beautiful and a fun time for us! Wish we could have enjoyed it longer.

Second time staying here for my staff Christmas party. It’s beautiful and lots of room. Great for large groups. We had a fantastic time. Robert and his staff are very helpful if you need anything. You’re in the woods but close enough to town if you need anything. Definitely would stay again. Hopefully next year.

The home was a great choice for a small (seven person) family gathering. extremely well equipped kitchen and nice dining table easily accommodating seven. Pleasant living room with ample seating around a wood burning fireplace (with plenty of dry firewood.). Beds very comfortable. Pictures in listing are accurate (although it had not been clear to me that, to access the game room required walking outside a few dozen yards. Not a problem for us but maybe something to be aware of if you are using it as sleeping quarters for part of your group and it's winter.). Also the shower in the game room is fine but very small and perhaps not practical for taller people. Altogether, a pleasant place for a group to relax in a scenic setting. I would stay there again.

Our stay at Collin's place was perfect. Super clean house, with peaceful, attractive surroundings. Close proximity to trails to hike, fishing spots, and grocery stores. We rarely heard any noise from the road, which was a concern prior to booking. Not an issue at all. Wildlife visited most everyday. There was a minor hiccup at the beginning of the trip, and Collin took care of it immediately. In fact, he went above and beyond in my opinion. Whenever we had a question, or need some guidance, he was always quick to respond. Excellent place and host. Wouldn't hesitate to return, in fact, we probably will.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this place, and plan on returning again. We love outdoor activities and this place is located in the center of many of the activities we love...fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and near outdoor music venues. Kate is an exceptional host, always friendly and responsive. The property is secluded and quiet, and you feel like you are million miles from anywhere, but in reality you are only 20 minutes from Missoula. As much as I hate to let the secret out, I would highly recommend this property.

Kristi and her husband are the most attentive hosts! They made sure I had everything I needed and went out of their way to check in and see that I was comfortable when the weather was cold and rainy. Super communicative and friendly, they made me feel right at home. The location was beautiful, perfect for star gazing and a peaceful retreat.

The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The setting was beautiful—peaceful, private, and just a short walk to the river. We really appreciated the extra touches like the clear instructions, comfortable beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Missoula/Bitterroot area. We'd absolutely stay here again!

This home is stunning and perfect for a large family or friend gathering. Check in was simple, cleanliness was superb, linens were top notch and the decor added to a warm welcome. The view of Trapper Peak was amazing! We had our dogs with us and it was a great space to walk and enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen is very well appointed. All the gadgets and accouterments one could need to make large family meals were provided! If I have to give one piece of constructive criticism it would be to toss out some of the flaking teflon casserole dishes. We all loved our time and the home!
