Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real corner of paradise immersed in the rolling Teramo hills. From our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and availability, and we immediately felt at home. The real protagonist of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that you can breathe in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up with the singing of the birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal for exploring the surroundings, among characteristic villages, nature trails and proximity to the Adriatic Sea. With her great tips on excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights of the region, she gave us real insider recommendations that enriched our vacation. You can just tell that Pia is a host with heart and soul - her lovingly furnished Airbnb radiates exactly this warmth. It was sparkling clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could wish for. We felt completely comfortable and welcome – like with good friends. We have already recommended Pia with full conviction and are already looking forward to seeing her again. Everything was magnificent, for the two of us and our two dogs, it was like living a dream. Clean and comfortable environment, with all the necessary equipment. We didn't use the sauna, but there's that one too. And what about the garden? Spacious, comfortable, high fence, with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs, drinking fountains, deck chairs. In addition there is also another garden, always fenced, which can be accessed via a gate inside the property, with fruit trees (apples, pears, cherries, figs, walnuts, apricots). Magnificent view of the entire Gran Sasso. Hosts have always been helpful, kind, and proactive, with the utmost discretion. We hope to be back soon.

A wonderful, stylish property to relax in. Erwin was brilliant with communication and very welcoming on arrival and always available. The villa is beautiful, with everything you need. The pool has spectacular views across calanchi and the Gran Sasso range. The morning yoga sessions around the pool have created lasting memories for all. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in La Finestra and were already very warmly welcomed on arrival. The house is well equipped and very cozy. Our hosts were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We would love to come back to Santo Stefano in La Finestra and can only recommend the accommodation to everyone. We would like to thank the hosts very much.

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bath makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, which was very good! I would say it was a super experience and one to be repeated!
