Great location for those who want a house with a foot in the sand. The house also has household appliances that facilitate the routine of the house with children: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer. The house has a layout that integrates kitchen and living room, also allowing the view of the pool, so that adults can supervise the children. The furniture is well maintained and the decoration of the house is clean. And, most importantly: contact with the host, who is always attentive and answers all questions.

The experience was great. Everything that was offered was complied with. The house is very good and generates an incredible experience being on the sand. It has great privacy and is very cozy. The host quickly answered our questions and was available at all times. It has a good amount of beach materials (umbrellas and chairs). I recommend it to anyone and we will be back soon. The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of SP with comfort and practicality.

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

The house is excellent and the condominium is wonderful. The highlight of the house is the support of Lene, who was super cool and helped us feel at home. Clean pool, good barbecue and the condominium with many things to do. The house is at the end of the condo, but there are vacancies from the condo itself near the beach to drive us.

Leo, thank you in advance for your kindness in offering such a pleasant space. Besides the house being great, it's beautiful! The location is very good, very close to the shops and the beach. The mattresses are new, firm and comfortable. New refrigerator, everything is extremely cold!! Very good shower, excellent air conditioning. We had a stay exactly as we sought: peace and tranquility. We had this, even with the rain, we found the peace we needed. On the last day, we were able to go to the beach and enjoy the sun that decided to appear. But we only achieved this with Leo's kindness and flexible check-out. We are immensely grateful for everything!!! A hug Day and Luiz.

Great stay, the space is extremely organized and very quiet! Very good for spending some quiet time in nature.

From the initial contact the hostess proved to be attentive and flexible... the house is super well located and we only drive to more distant locations, as the property is exactly in the center of the city. The house was clean, beds made and we received a delicious cake for the afternoon coffee... it really accommodated our family. The host's attention was key...

The farm is a delight, extremely complete, equipped and cared for in the smallest details! We spent a weekend with friends and it was an extremely pleasant time The living room / kitchen environment is all designed and formatted to gather and experience good times in both cold and heat Val helped us during the stay and became the icing on the cake! I stayed for the second time at the house with my family. Perfect location facing one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches. Near the hospital, supermarket and several restaurants that you can walk. The house was very clean, just like the first time. Best home to stay on the coast!

The location is wonderful, the beach is excellent, the house very comfortable, the maid Maria did an excellent job, being helpful and discreet, preparing breakfast and helping cooking meals.

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

Caio and Sônia were great hosts. The space was very clean and the balcony of suite 8 overlooks the vegetation of the slope, ensuring privacy and a green wall. The cottage is very nice, with essential items available for use. The village is small, so any long walk does not last more than 20 minutes. As a gay couple, we feel safe and welcomed.

Since the closing, the experience has already started amazing! Lilian was super agile and attentive, and soon connected us with Daiane, who would help us with the check-in and everything. Daiane, by the way, was impeccable: always quick to respond, proactive and very helpful. He welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything we needed. The house is perfect! We will definitely be back - and we recommend it to everyone!

The house is exactly as advertised, very quiet, a practically private beach, a lot of nature around. Great for resting!

Daniel's house is beautiful, even better than in the photos...everything is clean, lots of household items, a beautiful pool and gourmet balcony...a gated community, very safe...highly recommended!

The accommodation is a chayote, a precious beauty in the Sahy. Everything is very well taken care and thought, from the kitchen utensils, to the decor. The space is very safe, in the middle of a condominium of residents, and super quiet. The outer area is small, but it is very tasty, and tb colorful, full of kissing flowers and colorful birds at all times. We rest a lot on the holiday, and we intend to return soon.

My stay at Casinha was simply wonderful! The place is charming, with an impeccable decoration, all new, organized and of extreme good taste. In addition, Rob and Rafa are exceptional-attentive, helpful, and always-ready hosts to make the experience even more special. I recommend without hesitation!
