Very satisfied ,feeling very private and peaceful, my house ordered food to BBQ at the villa always, the dining area near the pool, open the backyard door to the sea, we said it was.. But the most favorite is that in the house there is a billiard table with a game machine, the host is psychologically awesome <3

The Grab location doesn't work well in the listing. The surroundings are so quiet, but except for the lack of amenities, the accommodation itself is satisfactory. It was clean and spacious, so I had a comfortable rest. Thank you.

Thanks to Khoi for hosting my family trip. It was an amazingly comfortable house with a big living room, my little daughter can walk around the house easily. There are two swimming pools inside the area that my kids can enjoy. Khoi always supports me when I contact him, he recommends the local restaurant for dinner that is incredibly good. I will come back next time.

This house meets my expectations for a vacation spot. Clean, convenient, private, and comfortable. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. The house is very cute, we had a BBQ in the evening, and we had memorable experiences here. I think I will choose to stay in this house again when I come back

Pretty close to sand dunes. We came a little early so the rooms were not as clean as we wanted. The bathrooms are separate and not in room. Host offer scooter rentals and other options. Overall great value. Good for big parties.

The house is very clean, the resort is very quiet, and the host communicates very well. The housekeeper is also very nice.

Needless to say, Ngoc's House is a great place to stay for a short rest at weekend. I would put a 5 stars and highly recommend it to any urban friends or foreigners who love to find a natural, simple but beautiful place for their holidays.

I had a wonderful stay at Nhà Yên Villa! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near Phan Thiết beach. Everything was just as described—peaceful, relaxing, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway, and I hope to come back again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Clean, comfortable, quiet! The host met, organized motorbikes. Everything was great in the house, a comfortable bed, everything you need in the kitchen, designer style. I will recommend to my friends! 👍🏻

The place was beautiful and very unique! Everyone loved the beds and felt very comfortable :) We enjoyed staying at Jun and Thiên’s place, and can only recommend it for big groups! We were a friend group of 8 and had lots of fun there! You can enjoy playing cards outside at night without being bothered by mosquitos — which was surprising since we were surrounded by a beautiful garden! It was a nice walk to the beach and we were met with a more private spot, as it was far from the tourist places :D Still if you enjoy going to the beach clubs, it is just 10mins away by car :) Thiên was an awesome host! He replied super fast and we were always met with kindness — he also recommended us local spots and was always ready to help! As for towels, they have it! Just note that the bathroom is separate from the house and some small visitors — aka lizards — were seen upon arrival but were gone quickly so no worries :) Overall if you enjoy a more chill and private surrounding — this is perfect!

Have an amazing and memorable experience staying in Thuy’s home. Quan’s support in check in, check out and during the stay made the trip perfect for us. You can go straight to the beach to swim whenever you would like to and have seafood barbecue right at the home with all needed kitchen supplies. There are also many famous coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommend for a big group of friends coming to Phan Thiet.

Very nice place, its clean, good for family get away. the beach is at the back of the house. the swimming pool is awsomes. they have a BBQ on sites. everything you need for your stay is there. just make sure you have transports to get around. hire a moto bike or get in contact with a local taxi service, no grab here. you'll need to go to the market in the morning and get food to cook for the day. no supermarket nearby just local market. Kim is a very responsive host. communication is great.

I only stayed here for one night, but honestly, I loved it and was sad to leave so soon! The apartment was spotless, with a minimalist yet cozy and charming decor — it immediately gave me that “I could totally live here” kind of feeling. It had everything I needed, from a hair dryer and iron to a cute little kitchen that was fully equipped. If you're traveling with family and enjoy cooking at home, you’ll definitely love this space. Big plus: the host was incredibly easygoing and friendly, super quick to respond and helpful with everything. And the best part? I was allowed to bring along my dogs – such a rare find for a pet-friendly place that’s also this welcoming! The location is near the beach, and the surrounding area is really clean and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing morning or sunset stroll. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a comfy, well-equipped place with that "home away from home" vibe. Highly recommend!

I liked the house, it was spacious and the apartment was worth the money. Good Wi-Fi, if that's important to someone. Nice owner of the apartment and his wife. It was nice to talk to them. I'll come back here again.

I was really impressed with this villa! The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, exactly as described in the pictures, clean, comfortable, close to the beach. Friendly host. I will definitely come back here again.
