Waterfront holiday rentals in Biggekerke

A really great apartment and a very friendly and helpful hostess. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we didn't miss anything here. The breathtaking view alone is worth it, but the landlords have managed to make the apartment really cozy with clever decoration - you won't want to leave the accommodation after every excursion! Definitely a clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful time in Bruges and in the apartment from Heidi and Kevin. Kevin even greeted us personally and helped us with the check-in. The apartment was super clean and much bigger than on the photos. Plus a nice surprise waiting or us. The city was easy to reach by foot.

Sytske and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. The small apartment corresponded to the pictures and the description. Tastefully and lovingly furnished with everything you need. Even a small terrace where you can end the evening or start the day. Very pretty. The location is great. You can walk to everything in the village. There is plenty of free parking within a few meters walking distance. We highly recommend it and are considering coming back in the fall.

Overall, we are all very satisfied, but unfortunately I have to agree with the previous speaker, the sleeping arrangements are unfortunately not the best, nevertheless the whining is at a high level. The same applies to blinds, which unfortunately had the sun directly in the eyes of two people who slept in the living room. Unfortunately, it was also much too hot in the master bedroom, so in short, we are not satisfied with the sleeping conditions. The Knokke Heist area is unfortunately not affordable for "normal" people when it comes to restaurants or drinks. In the evening, we had no opportunity to drink or eat, for normal people, you saw that money ruled the area. Closed societies. We personally felt a little out of place, but that was a personal feeling. Overall, however, we still recommend the accommodation! It was very interesting to see something different. Beautiful apartment on the Zeedijk with sea views. It looked exactly as described. There are a few spots on the curtains here and there, but that shouldn't spoil the fun.

The stay was great all around. Frederik was very warm and greeted us at the beginning together with his wife. He gave helpful tips for activities in the area. There was also nothing missing in the equipment: grill, a variety of seating options and all kitchen accessories and much more. The location was also great: You were quickly in Bruges, Ostend and De Haan and yet the location was quiet and rural. We enjoyed it very much and we will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cozy, just throw the fireplace on. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is 7 minutes' walk away, where you can find really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and it is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

The space is easy to find. Relaxed check-in by key box. Idyllic location overlooking the water. The property is completely fenced so great for families and people with animals. Michel was a wonderful host, always reachable and very nice and helpful. He is constantly trying to make the stay as beautiful as possible. We loved the house with the layout of the garden by the water and the beautiful view from the living room and terrace. The surrounding area is beautiful and much can be explored in the area. We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The host was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

Jean-Paul is a super warm host and you can tell right upon arrival that he has created this place with passion. Communication before and during our stay went smoothly and Jean was always available for questions. The place is sparkling clean and there has been attention to many little things to feel at home (beds are made, towels are provided, hot water prepared for a tea or coffee on arrival and with us there was a little attention). This way you can arrive in peace. ;) Jean has many recommendations for hiking, restaurants or shops in the surrounding area. We were able to rediscover a lot. Also noteworthy are the offer of two bicycles (free). They are in top condition and can be used very well for bike rides. We have stayed in several Airbnbs and this place stays with us as one of the favorites in our memory. We will be happy to come back!

The communication was impeccable from the booking to the check out. Saskia welcomed us nicely and gave us some tips for the area. The house is very nice and inviting, you feel very comfortable from the first minute. Everything you need on vacation is available in the kitchen. The bathroom is large and spacious, as is the bedroom upstairs in the house. In addition, the indoor sauna is an absolute highlight. A beautiful house to feel good and forget everyday life.

Maarten is a very nice landlord with good ideas for activities around Breskens. The apartment is a dream! The view of the sea and the nature reserve is wonderful. The apartment is very very clean and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

We had a great week in Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it is a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the grayer and windier days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live", this is the perfect place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

Beautiful house with a super great garden.

We spent a night with our 15-month-old boy at Gazal. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation was equipped for traveling with a child (crib, high chair, some games and some dishes), very convenient! The place was very quiet while being close by car to cities and beaches. Communication with the host was very good. We recommend it!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and our host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The sea view was fantastic - waking up every morning with this view was a highlight. The check-in was completely uncomplicated and stress-free. There were no defects, everything was in perfect condition. I would come back anytime and highly recommend it!
