An amazing place to stay! Super cozy, clean, and well-located. I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Lory was responsive and helpful. The place was nice and clean with some detergent left over which helped. Guards were friendly and attentive. BDO, BPI banks and 711 are right out the gate so I didn’t have to walk too far to get cash. Nearby there’s subdivisions that had lots to eat. AC worked perfectly. For the price I really enjoyed my stay there.

We highly recommend this place and definitely come back again.

Great place! You get more than what you paid for! Very thoughtful amenities, consoles + board games, especially their umbrellas and drinking water they provided 🥹 the hosts were very responsive with our inquiries and requests. Would definitely book again 💯

We find this place very convenient at the heart of south, near the mall, public transport and lots of restaurants around. Over-all our experience was fitting.

Despite its small size, the place is well organized. The design is minimalist, but you will find everything you need in the house.

Anne’s place is awesome. Very friendly and reaponsive host. Its a long walk to the main gate. Need to pay 300 daily pool rates to utilize the swimming pool. Highly recommended for a nice and peaceful vacation with family.

The house was spotlessly clean and everything in the unit was in great condition It’s such an affordable place with excellent value for money– we couldn’t have asked for more! The location was extremely convenient for us. My sons trained at Elorde Boxing Gym which was just a 2-minute walk away– so easy! Plus, the area felt very safe with tight security giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Thank you so much, Sil, for your hospitality!We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great time staying in their Airbnb. The location is great and the building is brand new. The unit is also clean and well decorated. I highly recommend this place when looking for a place to stay in BGC.

Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

super worth it and affordable! we havent checked out yet & my bf’s already asking when will we book again for this place 😂 linis and super bago LIKE mga gamit to the point we had to search how to use it. very clean pati toilet parang wala pa gumamit. complete set din ng cleaning materials so ang sarap maglinis! 😅 ang ganda pa ng facilities nakakaiyak huhu anyways looking forward to our next stay 😍

The unit was spacious, perfect for our group of 6. The comfort room was clean and truly comforting. We had a lovely stay overall, especially since my son celebrated his 10th birthday there. One small suggestion: it would be great if Ms. Karen could upgrade the kitchenware, especially for guests like us who love to cook. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

The unit is exactly as described, the owners were very responsive to my queries. I liked that the place have a convenient store, laundromat at the basement. Calathea Place is a well-kept condominium, staff and residents are very nice. I will 100% recommend this place.

This place is gorgeous! It is very cozy and spotless. We loved how they decorated the place, it feels like home. 😌 We had everything that we needed. What also attracted me to book this place was that the amenities were free including the parking. And the location too, making it easily accessible to the restaurants and shops. The host, Ms. Abigail was very friendly and responsive. She made sure that everything goes smoothly from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly how it was in the photos , the host is very responsive when waiting for their replies. Sm South-mall is nearby so everything is pretty much accessible and convenient. Worth the price.
