The unit was small but served its purpose for a simple stay were you can sleep, relax and cook a little. Fridge was a great help in storing our geoceries. I liked how it was a few steps from the elevator and garbage disposal room. The host was also friendly and very responsive. 😊

The unit is lovely and clean. My recommendatio is to provide for trash bin in the kitchen and bigger trash bin in the bathroom. Overall the place is good and highly recommended.

Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

Ashley was a good host communicated well I was supposed to I say 10 days but it was not the right place for me. she was kind enough to refund me some of my money. I stayed just few hours since I came late at night left early in the morning to a hotel nearby

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place 🙂
