Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Berrien

Séjour très agréable, la maison est grande et bien équipée. Manque juste une connexion wifi et un chauffage dans la véranda pour les séjours en hiver. Hormis cela rien à redire! :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien située, agréable et confortable. Le jardin a aussi été apprécié. Erik est à l'écoute, nous avons eu une réponse très rapide aux messages. Merci !

Just a wonderful stay. Even better than the photos. Truly a little haven in the countryside (though only 15 mins from town). Beautiful yard, cosy, spacious cottage. A friendly cat that roams around. Make sure you take Agnes up on the breakfast - it was wonderful. Farm fresh ingredients thoughtfully put together.

Bénédicte’s place has all you need for short or longer stays. It is close to a Grand Route. We walked a lot on this trip. Directly from the house or at another start point. This area’s sea borders are stunning.

Als wir ohne Suche ankamen, wurden wir von Renan und dem Hund persönlich auf dem Hof begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist ein separates Haus aus Naturstein, das durch die Tür viel Licht bekommt. Innen ist es in einem gelungnen Mix aus alt und neu (tolle Holzmöbel) eingerichtet. Bücher, Spiele und passende Dekoration machen einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Dabei belibt genug Platz, damit auch wir Gäste unsere Sachen ausbreiten konnten. Außen ist ein schön eingerichteter Bereich, wo wir bei Regen sitzen konnten. Innen ist beim Bad ein Mix aus Ankleide und Hausarbeitsbereich (Kommode, Kleiderständer, Waschmaschine) dabei. Damit ist es nicht nötig, das Gepäck nach oben zu bringen. Sehr praktisch. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet, dazwischen konnten wir privat für uns sein. Uns wurde gezeigt, wo wir bei Bedarf die Gastgeber in ihrem Haus finden konnten. Es hat aber alles geklappt und wir hatten keinen Bedarf.

Fantastic 2 week stay with Laurence and Arnaud. The property is very stylish / modern inside, with all the items one might need or want (great kitchen, baby items and shower etc) plus the view was stunning. The garden is like a veritable Eden - it’s truly beautiful with lots of nice areas to relax whilst looking at the ever changing sea view. There is also direct access to a wonderful beach. Super location - 5-10 minute walk into town with two bakeries, a great market and lots of nice restaurants. A good little supermarket too so we didn’t need to get in the car once. Location also good for a number of great hikes (short and long), the wonderful nearby island (which is an 8km loop from the house - a nice run or walk) plus various of Carantec’s beaches. A few nice days trips can be had from the house (Morlaix, Roscoff etc) but why leave Carantec 😉 Laurence and Arnaud were both charming, and really fab hosts. They provided plenty of great local tips and are lovely people.

Alloggio essenziale ma ben curato, situato in un condominio moderno alla periferia di Lannion. Materasso comodo e casa molto silenziosa. Cucina attrezzata. Buon punto di partenza per visitare la costa d’Armor

Rémi est un hôte super sympa, très réactif et vraiment attentionné !! Il pense à tout pour que l’on passe un très bon séjour :) Le logement est très fonctionnel et surtout idéalement situé. On gare la voiture au moment de l’arrivée puis tout se fait à pied. La localisation est vraiment parfaite. N’hésitez pas et foncez !! Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'appartement de Sabine, tout était parfait : la propreté, l'emplacement, une très bonne literie, une décoration très soignée. Sabine est très accueillante et très agréable. On recommande cet hébergement sans problème. Merci pour tout Sabine et au plaisir de se revoir.

Un grand merci à Christian et Laurence qui ont été aux petits soins (mise à disposition de tout un nécessaire bébé). L’appartement est calme et très bien localisé, à quelques pas du centre de Carantec. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Der Ausblick ist, als wäre man in einem sich dauernd veränderndem Gemälde. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist im sitzen nicht zu sehen und die Lokale im unteren Geschoss sind zum Glück nicht laut. Zum alten Ortskern sind es mir ein paar Schritte. Die Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Strandtagen, je nach dem sich dauernd Wetter ein. Wir haben es sehr genossen und Marie war immer erreichbar.

Great location and lovely views of the back of the cathedral. It was pleasantly quiet as it did not face the road with the cafe’s on. Fantastic to be able to stroll out to eat or for a coffee. Comfy bed and sofa. Quimper is a pretty and lively town and a good base for exploring the west of Brittany.

La maison de Morgane est juste magnifique, de beaux espaces très lumineux quand temps ensoleillé, de belles chambres, beaucoup de rangements, le jardin est bien entretenu et le salon immense et très bien décoré. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la suite parentale située derrière le salon particulièrement dépaysante : un véritable petit coin de paradis 😉 Concernant son emplacement, le cœur de Trégastel, c'est juste l'un des meilleurs emplacements de Bretagne nord avec toutes les plus belles plages de la région à proximité, un régal pour toute la famille ! Merci pour tout.

Carines Haus ist ein wahrgewordener Traum! Schon beim Betreten begeistert die helle und freundliche Atmosphäre dank vieler Fenster. Das gesamte Heim ist stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das traumhafte Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Meerblick ist ein absolutes Highlight. Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich bietet viel Platz. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit großen Töpfen. Im Obergeschoss genießen Sie aus jedem Schlafzimmer eine tolle Aussicht, ergänzt durch zwei vollfunktionale, individuell gestaltete Bäder und eine separate Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Der gut gepflegte Garten lädt mit Kamin/Grill, Liegestühlen, Sitzecke und Tischtennisplatte zum Verweilen ein – der große Sonnenschirm spendet angenehmen Schatten. Der Kontakt zu Carine war äußerst nett und herzlich. Sie nahm sich viel Zeit für all unsere Fragen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft und Carine uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder!

Super weekend de l'Ascension sous le soleil. Logement idéalement placé pour se rendre à la magnifique plage des Amiets à pied. Nous nous sommes même baignés ! Le coin est incroyablement joli, 3 jours seulement sur place ça en ai presque frustrant. Nous reviendrons ! Nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Maison très agréable.

This is such a lovely holiday home. It’s right on the water, there is outside seating front and back to maximise sunshine, the house is beautifully set up and decorated, and the kitchen is really well-equipped. 3 really comfortable bedrooms. Laurent was an excellent host, going well beyond the norm to accommodate our last-minute booking. He met us at the property and also gave us some lovely recommendations in the area

Rien à dire, accueil très sympa par Aurélie, maison extra, vaste, rénovée de fond en comble et décorée avec goût. Un séjour au top en Bretagne du nord !

Wir waren insgesamt für knapp zwei Wochen als Familie da. Die Unterkunft ist genauso grossartig wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, der Strand ist in der Nähe und wunderschön. Grössere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann das Meer hören. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist exzellent, sauber sowie sehr umfassend und für Kinder gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell wenn man Fragen hatte und die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend mit einer positiven Kommunikation. Insgesamt kann ich den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen, der Aufenthalt war 11 von 10.

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

Received a warm welcome from Sandrine who showed us around and introduced us to the dogs and the chicken! The cottage is spacious and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture, a very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi and off road parking. A very peaceful countryside setting not too far from the coast. All things considered a very pleasant stay in a cottage we would definitely go back to.
