We had a lovely stay at Rancho Gusto. The size and decor of the home, the pool and hot tub, and the pet friendly rules made it a wonderful experience for our family. Carl was very responsive to our needs and even sent us a list of local activities he thought we'd enjoy. Carl is a top-notch host, and Kimberly (the local contact) was very helpful as well. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is clean, well stocked, and the yard has beautiful roses, a nice lawn, and even strawberries on the vine! My grandchildren loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub, both of which were clean and private. We whole-heartedly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic mini-vacation at Vincent’s place. We stayed for four nights, and chose this location for quick availability, acceptance of pets, and heated pool and hot tub. The place was spotless, it smelled amazingly clean when we first walked in. The beds were cozy, kitchen was beautiful. The heated pool was an absolute blast, and perfectly heated so that it didn’t feel too warm or too cold with the changing weather. On one of the mornings there were a lot of bugs in the pool and when we couldn’t find a skimmer, Vincent kindly brought us one and ensured the pool cleaners came out too. Props to the pool cleaners as they were quick and thorough! We felt safe and cared for the entire duration of our stay and would certainly stay again.

Fadi’s home was absolutely perfect for our family in town for a relative’s graduation. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The pool was KEY, fun for everyone! We loved the natural light entering the home through all of the skylights. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and basics for cooking along with great appliances. Highly recommend Fadi’s home situated in a safe, beautiful neighborhood!

Hacienda Bella was a beautiful home with the New Mexican style we were seeking. We loved the panoramic views of Albuquerque, stunning sunsets and speedy roadrunners that came right up to the deck to say hello :) it was great being so close to many trailheads and nature. There was a grocery store conveniently located a 5 min drive away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals in the home. The kitchen is upstairs with a grill right outside the screen doors. The loft bed inside one of the bedrooms was comfortable for one small adult, but might be challenging for two adults and was not the easiest to go up and down the ladder (especially at night). There was a lot of space for our large group of 9 people to relax independently and together. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the pool felt more like a hot tub, but Emily and James were responsive in helping us. Overall, it was a very special place to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends!

Our family stayed here for three nights. The host was very nice and accommodating. The house was amazing and the pool and outdoor area was extremely nice and had lots of things for us to do. My two grandsons loved every minute of our stay. Would absolutely book again.

If you have to stay in Albuquerque, this place is good: gated drive, shady parking spot. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Lots of space for my family of four. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, nice amenities there. We booked late notice because we were uncomfortable with the neighborhood of our original booking for ABQ and this one was a big step up in terms of location, but it seems hard to find a really nice neighborhood in ABQ. Marcel was super responsive to questions and made sure the home was available right away since we were past normal check-in time. I appreciated that. I don't think we'd stay in ABQ again, but we had a good time at this home and enjoyed swimming. I would recommend for the backyard alone. The only suggestion for improvement would be that it might be time for a new mattress in the master bedroom. I still slept ok, though. If I did come back to this city, I'd probably book it again.

Absolutely loved our stay. Felt like home, cozy, lots of extra blankets which we love! Now that it’s getting hot the house got pretty warm inside but was perfect in the evenings, especially if you’re out during the day. Beds were super comfy and fit my family great. I wouldn’t mind staying here on future trips!

This was a great option for a trip with my 3 small children. House was lovely and the Berenice's response time was super fast. next visit we will be hoping to stay here again.

This authentic adobe home was as advertised and a great base to explore this area of New Mexico. The house had everything we needed, was tastefully furnished with lots of lovely tile work and art on the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and we left windows open at night as a natural air conditioner. The grounds were lovely, with numerous huge cottonwoods. One night a lively thunderstorm provided entertainment for several hours. We loved the quiet of the countryside; the whistle of the Rail Runner and Amtrak trains were not a problem for us. We hope to return next time we visit this part of New Mexico.

Alfred's place was perfect. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the amenities. The house was very clean and felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. This location was so nice and located near a walking trail. My husband and I took many morning and evening walks. The Sandia's are a beautiful site. Thank you for letting our family enjoy this great home!

I was very pleased, nice quiet neighborhood. I think it’s a great place for a family who wants to experience Albuquerque. Whether it be for the Bloom festival or the arts. Great location, 20 minutes or less from everything pretty much.

My family stayed at the Goldfinch Haus for 4 days while visiting our son in Placitas. Some pros: The neighborhood is extremely quiet and a wonderful park is a short drive away. The house was clean and exactly as described. There is a pack n play, high chair/few toys if you have little ones. The ac works wonderfully on a hot summer day. Hot water was plentiful and nicely renovated bathrooms were a plus. The beds/bedding were comfy and cozy. Jenny was awesome and quick to communicate. The use of the entire garage and garage opener made it feel like home. The huge backyard is well maintained. Walmart/Albertsons are a very short quick trip. Some cons: The fridge has no ice maker. We bought bags of ice for our hot summer stay. A few more towels in the kitchen would be helpful. Some labels on the outlet switches would be helpful. There is no grill to cook out. None of these are deal breakers for us, just a few things to consider. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Laura was a nice hostess. She met us at the house and gave us a whole walk thru! Even pointing out the snacks and drinks she made available to us. Nice touch! She was very kind and we felt right at home. Furnishings are all nice. Bed in the master is pretty firm. We liked that it was a bit off the beaten path but we would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home at Anna’s place. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The home was located in a nice neighborhood and centrally located to Albertsons grocery store, shops, restaurants, 25 minutes from the airport and nearby other popular places of interest.

Wow! What a beautiful place! Judy’s Casita in Placitas was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay while visiting family in Albuquerque. Peaceful and quiet, stunning mountain views and incredible starry night skies. The Casita was so comfortable and relaxing. We’re looking forward to staying here again soon!

this house is located in a safe part of Albuquerque at the edge of a quit neighborhood, it is squeaky clean and well worth the price. The house stays very cool on its own, you will barely need the ac! kitchen is massive and has anything you could think of in it. Great host, great response time when booking(:

This is a beautiful well kept Adobe house between Albuquerque and Santa Fe with easy access to both. The view is extraordinary. The house is well-maintained and has all the amenities we needed. It takes a few turns to get to the house, but the directions are very clear and the house Location is accurate on Google maps. Randy and Michelle are friendly and helpful hosts. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. If you are looking for someplace to relax and enjoy this beautiful area, this is the house for you.

Shawn is an amazing host. He communicates well, gave local suggestions and addressed any issues we had immediately (the wind blew out the hot water heater pilot) and got a resolution quickly. We travel with our two dogs for work and their comfort is always one of our concerns for our stays. The dogs were safe and happy and setting up pet areas for them was simple. Shawn had lots of great suggestions on local food and sights to see, and was always friendly and even checked in on us to be sure everything was going well. His place is LOADED with essentials. Iv stayed at alot of Airbnbs all over the US and my husband and I agree that this place goes above and beyond most we encounter. For all you travel nurses, I highly recommend this Airbnb. It's peaceful, close to hospitals (I was working in Santa Fe), traveler friendly and fairly priced. 100% I will look to see of his place is available for future stays when back in this area

Beautiful views from this spacious home. Comfortable beds, huge primary suite. Well stocked kitchen and nice living room space for gathering. Worked well for 3 couples. Great quiet neighborhood. Spent most of the time on the deck watching quail and coyotes!
