"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Apartment Schweizerhof 604 Lenzerheide

The 2.5 room holiday flat with approx. 70 m² in the centre of Lenzerheide is located on the ground floor of the very quietly situated building section 6 of the Hotel Schweizerhof, with direct access to the wellness area, underground car park and direct access to the cross-country ski trail. The flat's location is also ideal due to the short distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as to the Hotel Schweizerhof's own swimming pool and wellness area.

The Apartment is located near Silvaplanasee and it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake and a famous spot for Kite Surfing! The bus station is only 100-200 meters away, so you can easily commute to Sankt Moritz and Corvatsch ski resort. A supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are just 100-200 meters away. The location is simply perfect and you will easily reach many beautiful places Silvaplana can offer.

Baita Palma -Close to the center but far from the chaos-

Baita Palma is the ideal accommodation for families, couples or friends who love to be in the midst of nature, without depriving themselves of the town's "nightlife." In fact, our apartment, completely renovated in the summer of 2020, is located a few steps from the center while remaining in a quiet and secluded area from where it will be very easy to access the ski resorts. Our apartment is centrally located yet wonderfully quiet and is the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool, the sports center with tennis court, playground, Zwergenweg, a small supermarket and the bus stop is right around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station)
