Holiday rentals with lake access in Bensafrim

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette Vale do Rei. Au calme, loin du tumulte de l’Algarve, au milieu des eucalyptus et des terres que Christiane cultive avec amour. Le logement est parfait (encore mieux que sur les photos et bien plus grand qu’il n’y paraît). Très bien équipé, frais et subtilement décoré. La literie est confortable. Adapté aux enfants (nous étions là avec notre fille de 4 ans). Les lieux communs améliorent encore l’expérience. Une voiture est indispensable ; néanmoins, vous trouverez tout le nécessaire à 10min, dans le village situé en bas de la vallée. Christiane est d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité infinies. Son sens du détail et sa chaleur nous font sentir comme des amis de la famille. Encore un immense merci pour tout.

Great Villa for the six people in our party. Well set out with bedrooms at one end moving through to a bright and spacious lounge area with dining table and kitchen off that. Then out onto a covered area outside and then pool and sunloungers. Plenty of space to be together without being cramped. Air con in bedrooms is great. Also good washing machine and additional toilet and shower in outbuilding. Well situated in quiet peaceful area with good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very prompt and helpful responses to any enquiries we made. Recommended.

Comfortable, well decorated home with all amenities we could need! On a very quiet road, with sea and sunset views from the upstairs balcony. Sarah/Anne were very easily to communicate with. Walkable to a couple of restaurants (Manuel’s on the roundabout is excellent!) but a car needed for other restaurants. Monte Clerigo beach nearby is brilliant for families, with a wonderful cafe on the beach and lots of parking. Take mosquito spray for evenings and nights!

Tolles Anwesen, Katzen, Hunde, Pferde, Schweinchen, Pool, Tischtennis … alles da was Groß und Klein begehrt, herrliche Ruhe und doch ist der Strand nicht all zu weit weg, können wir nur empfehlen

Just back from a great week at Casa 38. The place was even better than the pictures and couldnt have asked for much more. The hosts were also really helpful with lots of great, local recommendations. Will definitely be back.

A estadia foi ótima! A casa está muito bem cuidada e decorada, a zona é de uma enorme tranquilidade. As fotografias correspondem exatamente ao espaço - o jardim até é mais agradável ao vivo! A única “questão”, e é uma questão de subjetividade, é não existirem estores nem blackouts nos quartos, o que faz com que a luz entre muito cedo nas divisões. Sentimo-nos muito bem e recomendamos!

David's place in Odeceixe is sublime. we had the best time here with our small daughter using the pool and the bbq and enjoying the stunning local beaches. We will definitely come back again

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus von Simon in Aljezur! Wir waren zu sechst und sehr zufrieden. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern – eine schöne, ruhige Lage mit viel Platz und allem, was man braucht. Besonders positiv ist die hundefreundliche Ausstattung: Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. Nach einem Stromausfall funktionierte die Heizung kurzzeitig nicht, aber Francisca war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat das Problem schnell gelöst – vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut, sowohl auf dem Grundstück als auch direkt davor, aber die Toreinfahrt ist etwas schmal, worauf man achten sollte. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement de standing, très beau, propre, grand (la terrasse est aussi grande que le logement!!) et une vue indescriptible de jour comme de nuit. Les restaurants sont fabuleux si vous les cibler ou si vous vous renseignez chez les bonnes personnes.(Paula et d’autres rencontres) Notre séjour fut excellent et exceptionnel dans tous les sens du terme. N’hésitez pas d’aller chez Paula et sa belle région d’algarve!!! Vive le Portugal et tout ce qu’il va avec , les gens , la convivialité et la bonne même excellente nourriture typique !! Je recommande ce logement sans aucun problème , vous ne serez pas déçus du voyage !!! C’est trop beau 😍 Viva Portugal 🇵🇹

Appartement très agréable et confortable. Parfait pour un couple . De nombreux rangements dans la chambre. Bien situé non loin de la vieille ville. Hypermarché à proximité. Je recommande.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns unglaublich herzlich willkommen und sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Eva ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und man spürt überall ihre Liebe zum Detail. Ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren absolut top und haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal – ruhig und trotzdem alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Alles war perfekt organisiert, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We very much enjoyed our stay here near the beach in Galé for almost two weeks and would gladly return. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped (the kitchen had many extra appliances, even a blender), and regularly cleaned. The humidity of being near the beach is managed by modern ACs in all rooms. Although there are not windows with outside views because the apartment is on a corner by the roundabout, plenty of light comes in through the two living room windows and very large window doors to the patio in both rooms. We greatly enjoyed the private patio and grilling. Some normal street noise is audible in the living room and mostly just during the day; we were not bothered by it and did not hear anything while sleeping. Praia da Galé Oeste is just across the street and a short walk on the boardwalk, which you can take for a scenic walk all the way to Armaçao de Pêra. Nuno was a very responsive and proactive host, with many recommendations for the area. Thank you!!

Formidable séjour ! Superbe endroit, très relaxant, de bons conseils et des hôtes très sympas. Studio comfortable et bien équipé. On a aimé prendre notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec Pacha le chat qui venait nous voir chaque matin. Merci beaucoup 😊

The apartment was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and comfortable with beautiful views. The location was walkable, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the thoughtful welcome gift—it was a lovely touch! The recommendations provided were appreciated. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. Directions to the apartment were a bit tricky to follow, and the 6 PM check-in time felt quite late compared to my experiences over 8 years of staying in Airbnbs around the world. We were surprised to find that some necessities weren’t provided. For a 3-night stay with 4 guests, only 4 coffee pods and a few mismatched tea bags were available, which seemed more like leftovers than intentional provisions. There were also no paper towels or basic cooking staples (beyond salt and pepper). Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but a few small improvements could make the experience even better.

Wunderschönes Haus! Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Silves mitten in der Natur. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Jan. La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques. Une véritable oasis à la végétation luxuriante, avec un superbe potager, où on entend les oiseaux chanter dès le matin. La visite amicale du chat Odin était un plus dans le séjour. Jan était très amical, discret et agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This home is a beautiful farm house in the area - you feel right at home when you arrive and it makes you want to move in. The property is so peaceful, calming and great for kids and outdoor meals. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of all of the beaches in the area. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative (the best communication I've encountered with an airbnb) - always there to respond to you if you have questions and help with anything that comes up. The house is also incredibly well equipped for multiple guests and a longer stay - the photos don't reveal just how many dishes, pots and pans, and other supplies the home has. As well, the windows have screens which is a HUGE plus that many airbnbs in the area do not have. If you are there in cooler or wetter weather, the house does get a little bit damp if you are sensitive to that but that is pretty common for most places in the area and the hosts have put things in place to help with it.

Esta casa tem uma boa energia e foi pensada para tal. As imagens não lhe fazem justiça. Tem tudo o que possamos precisar e tudo correu bem. Voltarei sem pensar :-)

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

I had the pleasure of staying at Gaismas place for a couple of days to visit relatives in the area. The place is very nice, clean, practical and has very lovingly been created by Gaisma and her partner. It's removed from the main road and you shouldn't be afraid to use unpaved roads, but that's how it is in the whole area. The description to get there Gaisma sent through before arrival was very accurate, and I had no problem getting there. Her dogs are very friendly and curious, but also understand that no is a no. Greatly recommended.

Super vriendelijke mensen , die je helpen als het nodig is . Grote kennis van wat te doen en waar te gaan in de omgeving . Hebben respect voor je privacy. Het huisje is mooi zoals het is, met alle voorzieningen die een mens nodig heeft . Kalme zeer rustgevende omgeving , maar niet al te ver weg van de bewoonde wereld . Absoluut een aanrader voor mensen die van rust en ruimte houden .Wij zouden ervoor kiezen nog eens terug te komen . René en Patricia
