Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment. There's absolutely nothing missing. A warm welcome from Manuel, his dad, who lives right next door. He was very generous and kind. We greatly appreciated the exchange we had with him. We would have put in double the points if we could. If we pass through the region again, we won't hesitate to come back.

Very quiet week, 3 minutes from the beach on foot. The house is large, it has very well distributed air conditioning, the pool area is very good and there is a garden area that is great for the pet. We will definitely repeat.

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with grill, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. Very good apartment, perfect location, lots of small restaurants nearby, the city center is within walking distance. The apartment is nice, it's a little hot in the bedroom but otherwise everything is perfect.

Would recommend to anyone for peaceful and tranquil retreat Lola was a great host and we wanted for nothing. Lola met us in the local town and we followed her for five minutes to property.

Tatiana’s place is totally idyllic. Set up above the beach and sea of Alcossebre it is tranquil and spacious. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Tatiana has everything you could need, and the villa is so comfortable to be in - including very lovely beds!! The pool area is so nice and the terrace wonderfully shaded from the sun. It really is a great place to stay. Thank you Tatiana!! Could not recommend this place highly enough :)

Mateo's apartment is very nicely located. It's just like the photos, everything is new and well maintained. The house is fully automated, which provides comfort and well-being. We were very comfortable. It's just what we needed. Many thanks to Mateo who was a very good host. If the occasion arises, we'll do it again.

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

We had a really nice time. The apartment is located in a quiet area, and a few meters from the beach, both the description and the photos correspond to reality. The indications from Helen and her father were very clear, the apartment has everything you need for the stay, and it has a large terrace, with ventilation and views of the pool. It has a covered parking, which is appreciated in the summer; and for the beach we have chairs and an umbrella, which has been great. The attention from the hosts was very kind, respectful and responsive, and they had a nice welcome gift for us. Very happy with the experience.

The Apartment is spacious, pristine, comfortable and well appointed. Javier put thought into the details that makes a guest comfortable!! The complex was quiet and neighbors friendly and helpful. The nearby beach clean and offers cabanas with cushioned lounge chairs at 40 Euros for three people and that included a mixed drink or beer from the beach restaraunt/bar. Javier was very quick to respond to any need or question, very easy to work with. Note if the parking garage space is tight (we had a 7 passenger vehicle). There is also plenty of outside parking on premises that is well lit. Would definately rent from Javier again!

A super nice place in a quiet area. Wonderful swimming pool and many sports facilities. Close to the sea and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the mega terrace!

Everything is great. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Very new and well cared for with a large terrace. Silvia and Roberto are very attentive at all times and respond very quickly and pleasantly. Highly recommended.

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

Sergio's apartment is better than described and seen in the photos, everything is very clean, it has a lot of kitchenware and the terrace and the area where it is located is wonderful as well as the bbq and the community pool, it is super quiet and has private parking, it is only 10 minutes from Peñiscola. Sergio is very kind and is always making sure that you are well, he recommends places and things to do. We'll definitely be back to this apartment. Many thanks to Sergio !

It is a one hundred percent recommended accommodation💯. All as described in the listing ,but the eyes were the body organs they enjoyed most since arrival because of the breathtaking views we had from the balcony . Everything is clean and impeccable . We were comfortable . 15 min walk on the beach you find places to enjoy eating . We will come back for sure why the super majos hosts were very attentive to us. Thank you .
