Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Benavidez

Everything was incredible. The house is as seen in the photos, the land is spacious and nice, perfect for relaxing or activating for a while. We use the kayak for a walk, we also play with balls and rackets, and when we wanted to rest, we had the hammocks. It is the place to unplug and have a nice time. In addition, Viviana was super attentive from the moment we booked, always paying attention to everything.

Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

The house is beautiful and the stay was very comfortable! They do not provide sheets or towels which i found interesting but other than that it was great. They are great at communicating and checked in often! I would return again

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

From the first moment, Claudio was ready to solve every situation. He was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and take us there. He left us mineral water and toiletries. He took us in a taxi boat, introduced us to the neighbors. During the stay, he was in constant contact. He arranged our return to the capital. In short, Claudio is a Host with all the letters. The house is excellent, very nice, spacious, comfortable. The neighborhood very quiet, the open landscape. A few minutes, by car, from good restaurant and art center Malba. A few minutes away also from shops in Escobar. Sergio is always attentive and very pleasant We really enjoyed our stay Thank you 😍 🙂

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

The house is spacious, cozy, beautiful, with a carefully designed park and a suitable pool. Much higher than the neighborhood level. One drawback is the lack of a comfortable grill. The host is very friendly, she adapted a bedroom to my family's needs by adding a bed and she let me know when the gardener and pool man were coming in. She also left a clothesline and a lounger at my request. Absolutely recommended for accommodation with quick access from Panamericana and shopping areas in the neighborhood

Eugenio's place is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. But the star of the show is Eugenio himself, who is kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. The space was initially too dark to be functional especially at night, and Eugenio quickly went and changed several of the lightbulbs to brighter ones. He makes himself available always and just has a beautiful energy. Definitely recommend his place.

The apartment is very well located. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. I would definitely return. Very central and surrounded by places for breakfast and lunch/dinner.

La cupola is truly such a magical and special place! We absolutely loved staying there. We opted to pay for the asado on the roof and it was one of the best meals of our lives! Everything was clean and in working order. The cleanings were very much appreciated as well. The neighborhood is awesome with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore. The hosts were so communicative and helpful! It is a LOT of stairs, which are totally worth it and we got used to quickly, but wouldn’t be accessible if you aren’t good with taking stairs. Overall we can’t recommend enough- thank you so much!

Very well located apartment, clean, bright, complete kitchen items, good bed linen, the affection in the bath items, good price, but as a tourist city BA, there is no bargain, I emphasize the promptness, attention of the Homely Joy team and I hope you enjoy it very much, BA. I stayed for a month and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mariano is a very good host and helped me out with anything I needed. The location is excellent. In an safe and interesting neighborhood with many excellent restaurant's and cafes nearby but still quiet. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay — the hosts are very responsive and gave us great recommendations for places we needed in the area. The house is also much bigger than it appears in the photos and we had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. Palermo is such a cute neighborhood with so many cafes, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

The house is divine!!! Very large and comfortable, spacious environments, very large patio and pool, all in general excellent and very comfortable. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the house, the patio and the pool as a family and had a wonderful time. The house is just like the photos and description and I thank Federico and his wife for their warmth, kindness and predisposition. It really is a divine house and we loved staying there with my family. We did not have any inconvenience. The area is very quiet. I will recommend this accommodation and if I have a chance I will come back.
