Kim’s place was wonderful. And Kim was a great host. My wife has extreme dust allergies and the place was rather dusty when we arrived. They sent a cleaner quickly to remedy it. The clothes dryer was also broken when we arrived and replaced the next day. We dealt with a power outage the day before we left that impacted the entire block. Kim responded quickly, kept us updated and sent LED lanterns. The morning we checked out, we lost power again, just our unit. In the confusion we left behind something small and Kim let us know she had it, and mailed it to our next location several hours away. lol and her team were wonderful hosts, the power outages were disappointing but their response was positive. Thanks Kim!

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

because i never read someone Else Said in the review, so: First i was afraid it will be a really noisy place because its so Close to the loudest street in HCMC. But it was really Not, There was small Sounds yes, but nothing that would distract at all. But even If Theres Earplugs free to use (but i Had No need at all) the Room is siper spacious and the hole Setup is really nice. The Bathroom seperated Like that is also awesome. I can understand the Rating of this Location very Well. I Had a really really positive stay in the place. It was Wonderful.

Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

Our stay in Moga Nest was perfect! It matches the description irl🤍 The location is also convenient for walking, it is nearby to most of the landmarks in Saigon. Also, it has many eateries & spa just outside the street. The host was also enthusiastic and responsive to all our messages which made our stay very smooth. Will surely stay again in Moga Nest once we are back in HCMC😊

Good place to stay

You're right at home at Ngocs place, and in a neighborhood, feeling like a local, the neighbors nod and smile at you, sure there's hotels and tourists nearby, but this block feels like you just really really landed in the real HCMC. Popular local food vendors literally outside the front door, a 24h coffee shop on the corner (one traditional one Plant-based!! in the same storefront. Oh and some of the best vegan food in the world within a few blocks (and all the omnivore as well) I'm a cpap user and after failing to find distilled water at over 12 pharmacies Ngoc went out of her way and trekked to a hospital pharmacy to get me some and had it delivered!! So amazing. We just had to visit her coffee shop, super chill and the essence of cool (but go during the day, so the hip shows are open, but like us who only got a glimpse) Totally recommend,close to new Saigon Metro as well.

A great centrally located place in district 1. The host is very accommodating and the place is comfortable and clean. All the amenities ( dryer, iron, dental kit, water) were provided. Clear instruction was provided by the host for an easy access once you reach the property.

This location is soo perfect because it’s near everything from restaurants, bars, markets and transport. The room itself was super spacious and really comfortable. Would recommend if you want to feel at home away from home :))

a nice and unique experience staying here. very local building with restaurants and cafes around. walk further and there's some fantastic crab meat delicacies restaurant. Do take note that the main gate will be locked at certain timing so do bring along both set of keys when going out. Host is very responsive and helpful. I am sure they will become super host soon!

I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything from tourist spots to restaurants and local markets is just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the essentials were provided, which made my stay really comfortable. What truly stood out to me was how supportive and friendly the host was. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always available whenever I had a question. If you're planning a trip to HCM City and want a place that’s convenient, clean, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares, I highly recommend stay here!

I have so many good things to say about the place & the host. The unit is really clean, convenient, functional amenities, and easy to find. Henry is like an old friend that I can run to whenever I have questions about anything. He is such an amazing host.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was so warm and welcoming . The house looked exactly like the photos—no surprises, just spot-on. Everything we needed, from basic amenities to a comfy setup, was right there. The place is super close to Ben Thanh Market, which made popping out to explore or shop a breeze. Taxis were always easy to grab right outside, so getting around was no hassle at all. The balcony was our favorite spot—perfect for kicking back at night with a cool vibe. Plus, the host was kind enough to help with my luggage, which was such a nice touch. We would totally recommend this place for a cozy, convenient stay!

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

Kat’s home offered us a level of comfort not experienced in over 7 trips to Vietnam. Beds were soft, place was well decorated and bathrooms were immaculate. You can tell that she pays attention to the small details which isn’t something typical for Airbnb’s in Vietnam. Her stay will be our number one choice in future trips.
