Great apartment. The residence is located directly on the waterfront. The residence is very nice with two pools, clean and safe. 24 H security personnel present. Mouad is a beautiful and very kind person.

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Kitchen is perfect for cooking, bedrooms are highly comfortable for sleeping (I loved the quality of mattress and linens! Normally I don’t notice, but this was exceptionally comfortable). By car it’s easy to get to Rabat or Casablanca (one hour drive to each) or just walking on the beach nearby the house. It was excellent choice and I highly recommend Kamal’s apartment.

We loved our stay!! Badr is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! The place was in prestine shape and roomy, also was really nice to have access to th pool from the sun room!

My stay was truly wonderful. The place was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what I needed to relax. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always available when needed. Everything was clean and well prepared. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Silent and calm location , no noise from the motorway. Fantastic view and very comfortable terrace although you have to move the table and stools from the living room Low pressure of the water. Some adjustments to the kitchen equipment supply are necessary - already taken care by the owner. General good point fro which you can visit Rabat and Casablanca. Nice and calm stay.

The place is just stunning, exactly what I needed, falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing is just pure relaxation. I recommend both the place and the host, Fatiha was super friendly, she even left me a basket of fruits. Im deffo coming back ! PS: if you decide to stay at the property please make sure to feed the 2 tortoises in the garden

Our family stay was a great time. For children the immediate proximity to the beach allowed them to enjoy swimming at all times, for the larger ones the wind and the waves allowed them to practice Kitesurfing ,while the very very big contemplation of the landscape as well as the wonderful sunsets delighted them. But all this has nothing next to the welcome of ZAZA our lady of the house, attentive to our well-being , available for everyone without forgetting his tasteful Moroccan meals. Ismail is a great host who is always ready. The house is located on the beach itself, from on the terrace you can see the entire bay of Manesman, through the terrace there is a door that gives direct access to the beach, the sea is so close that you can hear the waves from the salon. this remains one of the most beautiful beaches in the wide area for the connoisseurs.
