Holiday rentals with a patio in Belmont-sur-Lausanne

The apartment has an amazing view on the mountains. It’s well equipped and it has a nice garden with a wooden dining table and a ping pong table. It also offers very bright dining area in the kitchen, where we could have nice family breakfasts. Actually, the apartament was even nicer than what we expected based on the description. Belinda is very responsive so we didn’t have any problems even with little questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Plaffeien am Schwarzsee. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – ruhig gelegen und mit einem fantastischen Ausblick, den wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen haben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein Ort zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

I stayed with my 10-year-old son and we absolutely loved Khalil’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos – clean, well-kept, and even more spacious than expected. The big windows filled the space with light, and the quiet courtyard view made it feel peaceful and relaxing. The area felt very safe, which was perfect for traveling with a child. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace after a day out. The location was excellent – public transport was right outside, so getting around was easy. A large supermarket was just a short walk away, and there was a self-service laundry nearby, which was very convenient. Khalil was a wonderful host – kind, responsive, and always helpful. He kindly accommodated our late-night check-in at 11pm and a noon check-out, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Khalil, for such a great stay. We’d love to come back!

Très bel appartement, très propre et très fonctionnel. La vue est magnifique depuis le jardin et depuis le canapé ! Très belles randonnées à faire à proximité. Anne-Lise est une hôte très agréable qui a facilité mon arrivée en me communiquant une vidéo du trajet et des photos de la maison. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir car le séjour a été vraiment ressourçant.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser perfekten Wohnung in Évian-les-Bains! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur 2 Minuten vom Genfersee entfernt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der eine tolle Lage und eine komfortable Unterkunft sucht. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Très agréable séjour au pied de la pointe des Brasses ! Terrasse et jardin paisibles. Vacances très ressourçantes. Beaucoup de jeux de société et livres dispo en cas de mauvais temps ou pour rester au calme à la maison.

Ce gîte est une véritable pépite. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer notre hôte en personne, mais notre communication via Airbnb a été fluide et efficace. Tout correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes ainsi qu’à la description du site. Le chalet, idéalement situé, offre un équipement complet et une vue magnifique. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont particulièrement fonctionnelles, tandis que le salon, avec son poêle à bois, dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse. La terrasse et les extérieurs sont également très agréables. Ses points forts ? Un espace parfaitement adapté pour six adultes, avec une literie de grande qualité. Je recommande sans hésitation ce lieu exceptionnel.

Magnifique endroit avec superbe vue, où nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille. De nombreuses activités pour tous les âges et tous les goûts à proximité : ski alpin, avec un espace pour les enfants, ski de fond, randonnées hivernales, pistes pour de jolies balades en raquettes... Le chalet est impeccable et très confortable, avec une superbe vue. Marco est un hôte accueillant et réactif. Merci encore pour cette formidable semaine très appréciée !

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

Logement parfaitement bien situé, vraiment à quelques mètres de l'accès des pistes, au cœur de la station avec accès à pied aux commerces de premières nécessités et restaurants. La situation géographique permet cette proximité tout en étant au calme. La vue sur les montagnes et sur les remontées fait son petit effet en période hivernale. L'accès rdc permet d'entrer dans le logement sans rien salir tout en laissant ses affaires de ski. Taille du logement suffisante pour 5 pers (4 adultes et 1 enfants). Les deux SDB/WC sont trés bien pour optimiser les préparations. Seuls bémols qui pourront rapidement être rectifiés : - le matelas de la chambre ou le lit est surélevé et à jeter (cuvette, impossible de dormir dedans). - Logement avec beaucoup de grande toile d'araignée (sdb du haut, en dessus des lits..) ainsi que pas mal de poussière (aspirateur bouché à notre arrivé). We stayed at Les Seracs in Villars for a long weekend during our “Grand Tour” of Europe. Of all the places we stayed in this apartment stood out. It is beautifully designed and the spring sun bathed the balcony and sitting room in sunlight for most of the day. The views are quite majestic. The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable, there is a choice of a shower or bath and the large well equipped kitchen has all you need and easy to entertain around the large dining room table. It is well located for the village centre (4 mins walk) where you can find excellent restaurants and a good variety of shops, including a well stocked Coop supermarket. The train station and Roc d’ Orsay gondola are also a short walk from the chalet, both providing access to the mountains. We enjoyed our walk at Bretaye and found the beautiful (and delicious!) lakeside restaurant at Lac des Chavonnes. Our host Taline responded to our couple of requests immediately. We highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Lena’s place. We spent a full month there, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay. It’s very private, the patio is amazing, and the views over the beautiful city of Fribourg are truly unmatched. The house was the perfect base for both working remotely and exploring Switzerland. Lena is a kind and thoughtful host — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much! We look forward to coming back soon!!!

Parfait séjour et ce logement y été pour beaucoup, propre, moderne, bien décoré, pratique pour partir en famille. L'arrêt de bus à 5 min à pied, petite résidence privé très sympa flambant neuf. Niveau vaisselle et équipement tout y est. Cuisine fonctionnelle, le logement est bien grand, casiers pratique, beaucoup de serviettes ect ... enfin.. rien ne manquait je ne vois aucun point négatif vraiment. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

Les instructions etaieny claires, description fidele au bien. A seulement 10 minutes a pieds d'une zone de baignade sublime. Le petit bemole est l'acces au parking en pleine saison il fait se garer a 5 minutes a pieds du logement. Je recommande vraiment ce logement !

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

We had a wonderful stay. Our stay was during the very 'low season' (end of May to early June) so the summer lifts hadn't opened but we still found plenty to do and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk down into Morzine was lovely. We would love to return in the future.

Mon fils a joué le Golf Championnat du Lac Léman. L’appa charmant de Paola était notre base pour les Club de Golf Domaine d‘Impérial, Genève et Montreux. La bienvenue était exceptionnelle, la cuisine est un vrai rève et mon Golfeur adorait la baignoire après des rondes de golf qui prenaient des fois jusqu’à 6 heures. On chaleureusement recommende ce petit paradis.

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.
